They do not dissolve easily. However there small and taste good. Helps fall asleep and stay asleep most of the night. I like them because they don’t have as much sugar/ carbs as Zzzquel gummies.

I have been taking melatonin for years. Mainly for work. I need 8 hrs sleep and need to govern when. It lets U sleep 8hrs and wake with no affect. It also lowers blood pressure. I like these cause they are the 1rst ones that have a orange flavor that is very pleasant I will be getting these the rest of my life.
