I’ve tried a few sleep masks over the years, the kind that promise total darkness but end up pinching my nose or slipping off by morning. This contoured one with built-in Bluetooth speakers caught my eye because it claims to handle both light blocking and audio without the bulk of separate headphones, which suits my habit of dozing off with podcasts at bed time. After a couple of weeks using it a few nights, I can say it mostly lives up to that.The mask molds comfortably around my face pretty well, creating a seal that keeps out even daylight filtering through my curtains. No pressure on my eyes or forehead, and the adjustable Velcro type strap holds it in place without tightening too much. That’s a real plus if you’re a side sleeper like me, as it doesn’t dig in.The speakers, tucked into slim pockets on either side, sit close to my ears without feeling intrusive. The sound quality is decent for spoken word or soft music, clear enough to lull me off without blasting volume. I appreciate the one-hour timer, which cuts off automatically so I don’t wake up to a dead battery. Pairing with my phone was straightforward, and the battery holds up for several sessions on a charge.That said, it’s worth reading the instructions upfront. The speakers are not fixed in position, and these instructions actually have valuable information like that. You also are going to want to wash this from time to time, which it holds up to well, the instructions for removing the electronics are in the instructions. It’s not complicated, just something to note if you’re in a rush.Overall, this setup has made falling asleep quicker and quieter for me, especially on those restless evenings. I think it’s a decent value for the money if light and wanting some low-key audio are your main hurdles in getting to sleep. This mask delivers.

Sound Sleep For Snoring (partner) Sufferers
I purchased this BULYPAZY brand,3D Contoured Sleep Mask with Bluetooth Headphones, Adjustable Blackout Sleeping Mask, 1-Hour Timer Sleeping Headphones with Thin Stereo Speakers for Men, Women, Gift – Black.If you live with a snorer….you need this.You get the face mask, a charging cord, easy instructions.Connecting to Bluetooth was simple and super easy!Learning the controls was fast and pretty intuitive.What I was initially stumped by (I didn’t read directions first lol), were that the earphones or speaker dots were behind my ears instead of at my ears. I quickly discovered that the earphone buttons are adjustable by sliding them backwards or forwards.The mask is extremely lightweight, soft and silky to the touch, and very comfortable to wear for all night. The curved eye area allowed for my eyelashes to not get smooshed by the mask. Works well and comfy for side sleepers too. The velcro closure at the back has a lot of adjustability. The overall quality of the design and materials is good. The speaker sound is surprisingly nice. Volume adjustability is excellent and is absolutely loud enough.The mask works well, and I can’t hear the snoring anymore!I highly recommend this-especially for those who need to cover outside or external noises for a good night’s rest.This is a good value for the usefulness and functionality.

Needs work but it works
This is one of those ideas that just makes sense—a sleep mask with built-in speakers. I love being able to fall asleep to white noise or rain sounds without having earbuds jammed in my ears. The audio is clear enough to relax with, but since it doesn’t completely block outside noise, I still feel aware of my surroundings, which I actually prefer.That said, the execution feels more like a prototype than a finished product. You can see how everything was put together—the removable control box, the wiring, the way you have to pull it apart to wash it. It all works, but it doesn’t feel solid or polished. For around $25, it just doesn’t feel like you’re getting a premium or fully refined device.I do enjoy using it, and the concept works really well, but the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. For me, it’s a three-star item: good idea, decent function, but cheaply made for the price.
