Pain relief
This massage tool is great! I watched a YouTube video that shows where on my leg and how to use it for my plantar fasciitis. It has been a game changer! Most of the pain is gone. Would highly recommend!

Quality metal and easy to use
The edges are well designed for a variety of body parts and there are no sharp edges to the metal and zero chance of cutting yourself or others. It scrapes the muscle without tearing up the skin. It’s got a decent heft to it and doesn’t bend even under the hardest normal pressure and so it should last a lifetime or more. I’ll lose it or have it stolen before I have to order another one.The carrying case is functional but nothing that will take abuse. Use it to store it, not carry it in your pocket.The price is about what I expected. Pretty expensive for the actual materials that go into it but it’s in line with other similar scrapers and for a generally superior design.The best part of it is that the product works. I recommend watching some YouTube videos to give you an idea how muscle scraping works and be sure to drag the unit toward the handle rather than push it like a knife. I’ve only had it a few weeks now but it has seriously helped in some surgical recovery and breaking up a few adhesions.

A nice little addition to my self-care routine. The tool feels high quality, works well for the arms, helping with tension and puffiness, and the material feels good on the skin. However, it’s a bit too small for massaging larger areas like the calf muscles. I tried using it there, but it just didn’t quite give the pressure or coverage I was hoping for. Overall, it’s good, but not versatile enough for everything

Scar tissue break up tool
This came recommended by my daughter’s PT. She uses one similar at therapy sessions and thought I could do at home too. We used it to try to break up scar tissue that might form due to hip labrum surgery. It is of good quality and very easy to hold and use. When she had to have MRI there was minimal scar tissue so I think it did it’s job.

My physical therapist helped me pick this tool out to help the blood flow in my ankle. It was affordable, the perfect size, and useful because I can use it for multiple areas on my body. Despite that I initially bought it for pain relief and blood flow to my leg, it can also be used as a facial guasa. It’s also super easy to clean because of the stainless steal.

Multi Use
I’m a physical therapist. I bought this tool for use on myself and family, and have told many patients about it. The different sides allow you to use the tool on all areas of the body for tissue release and pain. It’s comfortable to hold on to and cleans easily.

The Pro’s This piece is so easy to hold and use. Great for legs, arms, shoulders. Even probably your face.There is a pressure point on the side which is great to use on your hands or feet.And you could probably use it for scars or adhesions.The Con’s If you’ve got large burley hands probably not as easy to hold.
