Best help we’ve had for ADHD!🥲
This has been super helpful for reminding kid what she has to complete to be considered “done.” ADHD made things so hard for her to remember what she had already done– much less what else still needed done. This, as a tool (and not a cure nor a fix-all) has helped her get out the door on time for school and church. She has even completed a shower in 25 minutes — it was taking over an hour and 10 minutes. (We had her set the timer for 25 minutes and set an Alexa timer for 15 minutes. The 15 minute reminder would tell her when she should be done with all the shampoo/ conditioner/rinsing her hair so that if she wasn’t, she could rush and finish the rest of her shower in time). The visual timer has helped her see the passage of time–although in order to be effective, she has to remember to set it. 🤷‍♀️. I’ve had her set it for 10 minutes to eat her breakfast and things like that to help. She plugs it in every night and it’s still almost fully charged by the end of the day. But we make it part of the routine: wake up to the alarm, bring it downstairs with her, eat with it, take it with her as she gets ready to remind her what comes next….etc. and plug it in after getting ready for bed. It is the perfect size to carry around and yet has space in the back to hold the carts so she camber switch them out as she needs.Having all these tools in one device (non-internet/iPad/kindle) has very good for her. Seeing that she can do these things in a timely manner has helped. It also helps that we make this as “to help” (and not because she can’t do it in her own) and this is “just yours” and no one else’s (siblings can’t use it).We figured out how to use it pretty quickly and easily and everything worked as described.

    Great for all ages
Nice little aid to help with getting into routines and rembering tasks. She was able to get it all working on her own. It’s a little cheap and light weight for what paid but dose its job. We got a label maker to make sure everything is easy to read. The light is good just enough to light up everything on the screen but not be too bright it too dim. The alarms are nice and have different volumes. The visual timer is good and I thought it was a 60 second timer but it’s 60 minutes so great for timing 1 hr activities etc. It also has a internal battery so if power goes out it won’t load it’s time or anything but definitely want it plugged in.Perfect for adults with autism who are learning or maybe needing to relearn routines and just just good for helping them be able to have more structure and help with forgetfulness. Overall it’s great and she loves it.

    Helps me visualize my tasks
It’s alot bigger than I thought it would be, it also comes with a paper to do list and a laminated version as well. My only complaint is i thought the timer was a visual timer meaning that when you set it, the bar will retreat as time passes, but unfortunately when you set the timer it just sets off an alarm after that time has passed. Not sure if thats how its supposed to be or if mine is just broken.

    Interesting, not for me
This is an interesting gadget that may be helpful for some more than others. I was very eager to try it, because I’m generally someone that likes an analog way to manage my tasks – but the vertical layout meant needing to remove the card to write tasks and they required writing in a specific size and location to line up with the physical check boxes. In the end, it was just more effort that I was hope it would be.

Perfect for people who get distracted. Love that there is a storage compartment for the extra lists a dry erase pen. You can keep all your lists together and change your customizable lists throughout the day. I have separate lists for my morning routine, evening routine, exercise, and to do lists. The alarms and timers are great to staying on task. Setting the time for clock and alarm clock can be finicky, but it does work eventually. If you are forgetful or struggle with time management this device is great; better than a phone app since using your phone can be a distraction in itself. I love the design; it helps you create a routine and develop your routine into a daily habit.

This review is for the 3-in-1 Visual Timer & ADHD Tool for Kids|Adults. I bought this for myself as I have been struggling with focus. The instructions could use improvement especially for a product targeted at people with ADHD. The product is made of plastic and feels more like a toy. The visual timer is straight forward but as it is silent, it is not initially obvious that it is working. The daily checklist is also straightforward. You get 4 dry erase cards to use for the checklist and then 10 double side plain paper cards. I guess the plain paper makes sense if you regularly do the same tasks. The Pomodoro timer works with the standard 25 minutes Pomodoro cycles. The button could be better labeled. It was easy to use the Pomodoro timer once I figured it out as you only have to push one button. You hit it once to count down and a second time to count up. I do wish buttons were better labelled. The light button shows a light bulb and then says AI beside it. I don’t know what they mean by that. I never bothered setting alarms. This device is probably good for helping a child do their homework or study, something that you would do sitting in front of it. It didn’t quite work for my purposes but not every tool fits every situation.

I bought this timer as a gift for a friend who struggles with time management. She loves it! The visual design makes it fun to use, and it’s super simple—just turn the knob. She said it really helps her stay focused during tasks without feeling overwhelmed. I’m glad I picked this instead of a regular digital timer.

I’ve struggled with time management for years, especially during long study sessions. This visual timer changed everything. I set it for 25-minute focus blocks and take 5-minute breaks, and it really helps me stay productive without burning out. The checklist is a bonus—I use it to track assignments and daily tasks. Super helpful for anyone with ADHD or just trying to stay on schedule.
