Very sturdy and colorful plates
First and foremost can i start by stating that my first thought was “these are small” but that’s the point when trying to control how much we should intake. I got these because I am trying to teach my kids and myself how to proportionate our food and adopt a better understanding about food. These plates are well made, they aren’t microwave safe but they are top rack dishwasher safe. They are colorful and very easy to understand and the bowls contain cup measurements up until 1.5 cups. I feel that anyone looking to not only change lifestyle eating habits will definitely enjoy these plates.

This purchase experience was just so-so.
This is a dining item I bought online from my mother. The color is rather dull and it’s not the color I wanted. The quality is just average and it doesn’t match the description given by the merchant at all.

Accurate Measurements for portion control
These portion control plates should do the trick. They are melamine- so that is a drawback if you want to use them in the microwave (Do not use them in the microwave!)I can feel a little bit of texture on the interior of the plate. I think it may have to do with the application of the graphic design. I don’t feel it on the outside. The colors are vibrant and appealing. The misspelling of the word grains is irksome. But it doesn’t take away from the functionality.I did break out my Pyrex measuring cup to test the bowls for accuracy. The measurements were accurate for the set I received. My daughter has an intelligence disability and cannot understand portion control. We are currently exploring different diets. The Mediterranean Diet has been our recent adventure. This diet comes with a focus on larger amounts of vegetables. These plates make that focus easier to achieve.

Helpful for Building Healthier Eating Habits
This portion control plate and bowl set has been surprisingly helpful in getting me back to more normal, balanced eating habits. The divided sections make it easy to see proper portions without having to overthink or measure everything out, which takes a lot of stress out of meal prep. The plates and bowls are a good size — not too small, just enough to encourage mindful portions. They’re sturdy, easy to clean, and look nice enough to use every day.Overall, this set has been a great little tool for supporting healthier eating without feeling restrictive or complicated.

Good Concept; Desperately needs spellcheck!
This is a great idea for those of us who need to really watch our intake. The size of both the plate and bowl and the limited space and layout of where to put food along witht the bright colors and pictures of the various items that could go in that spot really lends themselves to being a great aid in a weightloss journey. They are thick and strudy and stand a dishwasher well. There was no guidance or instructions on how to implement the plate and bowl. Of course, it seems somewhat self-explanitory but including weight charts, recepies, and other pertinent weight-loss and nutirition infromation I think is important and would have realy made this amazing. HOWEVER to spell GRAINS with a C making it crains, on a product with so little text is very careless and unforgiveable. No one was paying attention. That beggs the question, what other things from the material to the manufacturing did they not pay attention to and knocks the rating way down.

Not Microwaveable! Typos! Plastic! Does help with portion control, I find myself full after using!
I just picked up this portion control set, and it is a pretty smart concept! The plates are made from some seriously sturdy plastic—like, I could probably drop one and it would just laugh at me. But let me share a couple of my regrets. First off, the word “grains” is misspelled as “crains.” I mean, come on! It’s not just in the description; it’s in the pictures too! So, if that kind of thing bugs you, well, you’ve been warned.Secondly, I discovered that these aren’t microwave-safe, which is a bit of a bummer since I practically live in my microwave. But hey, I guess it’s time to learn a few new cooking techniques—like maybe using that thing called the stove? Who knew! Now, let’s talk size. The plates and bowls are just right for keeping portion sizes in check. I find myself feeling full after meals, which is a win in my book, considering I’m trying to slim down. With these beauties, I’m feeling like “skinny me” is starting to become a reality! As for the price, I can’t help but be a little skeptical. For $22, I feel like I should be getting something more, given the plastic material and the little typos. Honestly, I think this set should be priced closer to $15. So, while it’s definitely helping me with portion control, I’m left slightly dissatisfied when it comes to value. Overall, if you can overlook a few flaws, this set does its job and has potential for achieving healthier eating habits!

Great for Portion Control and Healthy Eating!
I’m really happy with this portion control plate and bowl set! The divided sections make it so easy to manage my meals and stay on track with healthy eating. Each section is clearly marked, which helps with portion awareness — perfect for weight loss or post-bariatric meal planning. The plates and bowls are sturdy, lightweight, and easy to clean. I love that they’re the right size (9-inch) for balanced meals without feeling restricted. This set has helped me eat more mindfully and stick to my nutrition goals.Highly recommend for anyone looking to build better eating habits!

Poor representation of plate.
Misspelled Grains. Very odd shape of division of sections. Not appropriate for use.
