I just fold it up and tuck it away under the bed or in the closet.The thickness (1/2 inch) provides just the right amount of cushioning for my knees and joints, which makes it great for yoga, pilates, and even basic workouts or stretching sessions. Thick and good quality
This mat is quite thick. I got another that is the exact same style (rectangular and foldable) and it was considerably thinner. So I’m impressed with this guy. It folds up well and my favorite part is that none of the parts that touch the ground will touch the top of the yoga mat once folded- unlike roll up mats that end up getting the top of the mat dirty once you roll it up.

Best Mat I’ve ever Owned
This is by far the highest quality yoga mat I’ve ever used! No more struggling to roll it up perfectly, the 7-fold design makes it super easy to store or slide behind furniture. It’s well-cushioned, so comfortable that you could even nap on it during corpse pose. The grip is solid, the padding is generous, and it feels durable enough for years of use.

Easy to store mat and comfortable to workout on
The foldable yoga mat really is decent. The underside is very slip resistant and will not move easily. It feels soft and not too hard like some mats I tried. I like how it is designed as it is easy to fold and store it in the closet on a shelf or under your bed. I think it would last a long time during regular use. The only thing I don’t like is it feels awkward if you travel with it since it is a little large unlike the rolled-up mats. Overall, I like it.
