Avoid this POS
Too bad Amazon doesn’t have a “ZERO Star” option. Utter garbage, and return system with Amazon is horrible…not a human to interact with. Bought 2 blenders…Blender #1 was defective, would not even turn on! Wasn’t even going to bother with #2, after seeing the cheap plastic gears that drive the blender. Amazon Basic item…..Basic implies it actually WORKS, no? DO NOT WASTE YOUR time with this one! Too bad, because the glass pitcher body seemed well made, but the base? cheap, cheesy buttons. Would not power on. VERY disappointed.

THE BLENDER DOESN’T WORK
This product is terrible, I bought it as a gift for my grandfather and today 10/22/2025 I’ve opened for the first time and the blender DOESN’T WORK!!! It was tried in different outlets and it still doesn’t work, since my product is past 30 days return period, customer service doesn’t want to give me any help, this is very frustrating. AMAZON DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!!

As good as any other blender I have ever had
It does its job but we had one issue. The very first time I used it I randomly shut off and I literally thought we got a defective one. I wrote a bad review and was about to post it when I decided to test it again and read the instructions. It had overheated and needed to cool down. Now we know to use it slowly and if it overheats it will stop working. Which is fine. It works great now that we know how to use it properly.

At first I thought it was a malfuntioning machine. But it needs to be cliqued into place. My intial assessment about the machine was correct.I only had this 4 days for smoothies and it just stopped working. It is not worth the money. I had to go back to my old machine.
