Great cleanser
Excellent facial cleanser. It does tingle when it’s on your face. But it means that it gets into the pores and cleanses them. I do love the feeling afterwards. I don’t have any sensitivity. I feel like it’s effective and it doesn’t cause the skin dryness afterwards.

menthol scented
this has a menthol fragrance added to it that panoxyl does not have, and i love it bc it feels really cold and tingly on my face. i like to leave it on for a few minutes while im in the shower and then rinse it off and it leaves a nice cold tingly feeling on my whole face. my partner does NOT like the menthol scent at all. he thinks this kind hurts his face and feels really drying, so he doesnt leave it on for any time and he switched back to panoxyl. its great quality, a large size for the price, and cleans skin well, but i guess for some it can be too strong with the menthol and drying (he was already using 10% before this so its not the strength of the bpo).

Great for back-acne (“bacne”)
Due to the economical price of this cleanser, its a great option for body acne. The 10% benzoyl peroxide strength really does magic for acne on the chest, back, and shoulders without drying the skin out. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Cleared up my rosacea
I’ve been using this for a few years now, because it’s the only thing I found that could clear up my rosacea. Neither antibiotics or prescription strength azelaic acid was able to put a dent in it, but this made short work of it and has kept it at bay.But fair warning, use white washcloths and towels only with this. Even though I think I rinse it off pretty well, it still managed to bleach a couple of the towels that I used to dry my face afterward.And the price is unbeatable too. Especially compared to the prescription meds I tried first.

Best face wash ever!!!
This face wash is amazing! I have been using this for 6 years to manage my adult acne. My skin has to have the strong benzoyl peroxide so this is the perfect fit. It is very effective in reducing acne and greasy skin.

DO NOT BUY!!! BURNS AND IS HORRIBLE
Soon as you open it up, you are met with a wave of fragrance. It is head-spinningly strong and unpleasant. Why does a cleanser need that much fragrance in the first place? As for the actual product, it is made out of majority alcohol. And so as soon as it touches your skin, it feels like it’s burning. I understand the importance of having some alcohol in acne products, but this is an insane amount and it makes up the bulk of what this product is. Just straight up putting acetone on your skin. That’s what it feels like. As for its effectiveness, Panoxal is so much more effective. I tried this and I started having random acne in places that I didn’t have acne before. This does not work. I know you’re trying to save some money by getting the Amazon Basics product, but it is 100% not worth it. It is absolute cheap crap. Do your skin and yourself a favor by not getting this.

I’ve been dealing with acne all my life and I was using a specific cleanser My face looked better and I got cheap and I got this. I have acne. I have so much acne. I don’t think it’s the Amazon product. I think it’s the active active chemical they use to treat acne. It just does not work for my skin. And also after I use it and my face is dry it feels moist like I used a moisturizer which I hate because I get sweaty when I use moisturizers.
