How is this different from Bone Broth Protein?
Bone Broth Protein features collagen from 1 or 2 sources, depending on the formula. That includes a combination of collagen from chicken bone broth protein concentrate and beef bone broth protein concentrate or solely from beef bone broth protein concentrate. (Note: Chicken collagen provides collagen type 2, while beef collagen provides collagen types 1 and 3.)
Multi Collagen Protein includes 10 types of collagen from 4 sources. Bone Broth Protein powder contains more protein per serving (15-20g vs 9g) and usually contains more chicken bone broth protein concentrate, which means you will typically and inherently get more collagen type II, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin with Bone Broth Protein. I’ve been using for over a year. I started drinking it because i was pregnant with twins and wanted to help my skin. I surprisingly did not get many stretch marks. Was it this? Idk- i moisturized a lot too but im sure this didn’t hurt. It doesn’t taste terrible. I let it sit in water for like an hour and shake it every now and then until dissolved

The product is easy to mix with water and tastes pretty good. I wish the flavor was a bit stronger. Either more of a strawberry or lemonade flavor, but not the current taste. However it works well from my experience and that is more important to me than taste.

This Ancient Nutrition strawberry – lemonade flavored collagen drink is an excellent source of collagen. Since taking it over several months, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin/hair/nails. What you get for your money
the flavor is pretty good, but the shocker is that the container is half full. If you pay a price for just half a can, you might as well not buy it. It is a rip off. I am not sure if I would buy it again unless I know the can is at least full to the top.
