5 stars for the fact that it works well and does not make my head smell like a bowl of rotten citrus fruit, like so many of the big name store brands do. It has a light, lemony smell, not at all overpowering, and it holds my fine, flimsy hair in place.

Seem legitimate
Good alternative to traditional hair sprays with tons of chemicals in them. It smells strong ironically; but bc it has less bad chemicals in it, I tolerate it well. It goes on wet and has a somewhat heavy, crunchy hold that can be softened with brushing and still retain the lift needed. I hesitate to buy anything from AMZ anymore bc of fake, damaged or old products. This one seems legitimate, not water down like the many, many items I tend to receive not-a-days. Good enough.

The scent is divine!
I Love, love, love this natural hairspray! The ingredients are safe and the scent is divine, far from the usually toxic hairspray smell. It dries quickly and gives a good medium hold which is what I want. It keeps my hair from getting frizzy in high humidity. It has a #3 rating in EWG beauty products which is good. I will certainly be buying this again!!

Smells like I’m about to indulge in a cocktail
To begin; I’m no safe and natural consumer addict. I simply bought this because it’s reasonably priced and an Amazons choice product. With that being said; the product works ok and does what it’s meant to do. However, the scent of alcohol from this hairspray is very overpowering . Makes sense since that is the third ingredient in the product. It is also rather sticky. My bathroom tile floor feels much stickier than it normally would after using other hairspray products. I probably wouldn’t buy it again. The smell of alcohol is off putting and I’m concerned about it drying my hair out. Especially since it’s already dry on its own.

The Great Sunflower & Citrus HairSpray has Changed to Sticky Goo!!!
I purchased this Andalou Naturals product over many, many years from Amazon. Actually, 87 times. Originally, it was the very best natural hairspray I could find. My last order looked the same as always (I did not check the ingredientsn nor notice that they had added the words “2-in-1 Setting Spray to the label. When I used this bottle the other day on my just washed and dried hair, I was shocked when I tried to comb through my hair later. It was oily and sticky every where I had put the spray. I compared the bottle I received (which looks like the former) and the ingredient list was very different from the original I purchased for several years. Good by Andalou Naturals for taking a good product and trashing it.Beware that the product featured on Amazon is not the current label or ingredient listing.

What did I use this product for… errrmmm My hair. lol… Joking aside, It is very good. It has the amount of hold I need in a hair spray. There is nothing I dislike about it. I have used it for sometime, which should say something about it.I would definitely recommend it.Thank you. Oh and it came on time too.

Overall, I really liked the product for what it is but I’ll try and break down things into different sections based on my opinion:Scent: Really love the scent they use. It is a fragrant citrus but its not overpowering at least in my opinion.Value: The product is a bit on the pricier side I do admit but given that it uses more natural ingredients, it is something still within a range I am willing to purchase.Design: I think this is where a lot of the negatives come in especially as seen from other reviews as well. The nozzle which they use is a manual push and spray type and so you’ll need to keep pressing a few times. While personally for me, I haven’t had issues with it dripping so I can’t really say too much about that aspect. But just don’t expect it to be an aerosol type of hair spray.Hold: In terms of the hold, it is decent and does its job. I don’t have much complaints in this department but depending on the volume and just how stubborn your hair may be, you may need to spray quite a bit for it to hold properly. It usually takes me about 10-12 sprays to have an overall solid hold and i’m a male with short to medium length hair (though disclaimer being that my hair is also rather stubborn). Like others have stated too, it is also rather sticky if it gets on you but nothing a quick rinse of water won’t solve.
