Tasty and convenient
This product was recommended by my dietician as a good high protean, low calorie, low sodium supplement. It’s tasty, convenient, and small and portable enough to take on the go. I’ve been recommending it to friends – especially older friends who might not be getting enough protein their diets – and everyone loves it.

Seem to be good quality. Taste is an individual preference but I like the chocolate taste. I think Boost high Protein tastes better but the servings are smaller and cost more per ounce.

These are my go to protein shakes. They are great with 30g of protein, better than most other products. There’s no powdery taste, the chocolate is great. I like their strawberry also. I can easily chug one of these and feel full for a couple of hours.

I think these are the same as Atkins plus shakes. Don’t know why they are usually more expensive.I like the flavor and added vitamins and protein/fiber content – but way too costly to buy regularly- and the price keeps going up. Usually less expensive at warehouse stores.i usually buy these when they’re available for $1.50 or less each. these were $18 a 12 pack last month and now $24 and that’s with subscribe and save ‘discount?’ _ R they a good value ? depends on how much money U have 2 spendthese make fast convenient breakfast- add a little to my coffee and drink the rest.Taste is subjective. Value depends on how much money you can afford to spend. If you can afford them I’d recommend them.Update- bought this and vanilla latte flavor on sale – both were close to expire or sell by date- be aware & beware buying food here is a gamble on quality and shelf lifeI’ve noticed that the lower the price the closer the product is about to reach ‘best/use’ by date

Amazing HIgh Protein Shake with Fiber!!!
I love the Atkins Strong High Protein Shake! I like that it tastes amazing and has a smooth consistency. It comes packed with protein and has prebiotic fiber. It curbs my appetite and gives me energy. I also like that it only has 190 calories and 1 net carb!

Way Too Sweet
This is not meant to be a meal replacement I think, unless you actually are on the Atkins diet. I got it because my doctor recommended more protein. It has 30g which is great, and is low calorie.This is probably one of the better tasting protein drinks, it doesn’t have that chalky taste. However, it is too sweet. It tastes almost like melted ice cream. That being said, it is hard to drink (at least for me). I know this is meant to be had in the morning, but who wants ice cream in the morning? I tried to make a milkshake out of it and it was still too sweet. But it has like no sugar so there is definitely some artificial sweetener going on.You do get 12 of them, so it is is great value if you are able to drink it. I don’t think I can though, they are just too sweet. Ruined my appetite for the rest of the entire day.
