Low cost and high quality vitamin.
I have been taking this vitamin going on 3 months now and it’s the best vitamin I have ever taken in my life! There is no taste and it is easy to swallow. I take it every morning with my protein drink to avoid stomach upset. I highly recommend this vitamin, not only for bariatric surgery patients, but for anyone who needs a once-a-day pill that contains all the essential vitamins, including iron. Using this product has been a game changer for my health. What I like most of all is the low price for the 3 month supply of vitamins. This is an amazing product!

Great quality , value , and they work !
So far so good !! These have kept my labs looking normal , even though I have days here and there where I skip / forget to take them . They have iron and I’m typically not tolerant of vitamins with iron in them , but these I haven’t noticed any issue at all . Of course they are a large size , so for folks who don’t like to swallow larger pills / capsules that’s something useful to keep in mind . I do plan to continue to use this brand , so far it has been working well and is a fraction of the price of these other well known Bariatric vitamins . Def recommend.
