Surprisingly good
If I had looked for this product first on Amazon I’d probably not given it a chance given it’s not 4.8+ rated. However, Costco also carries this product and it’s actually really good. Great scent, great oils. Overall it’s a strong bath bomb. My only complaint is they are quite small. But they are a good alternative to Lush.

Cute product, poor packaging
I bought this as a gift for my nieces. When I picked up the package, you could smell the bath bombs though the box! it’s got a really strong smell. Smells like soap so it’s not gross but strong. Also couldn’t even take it out of the box it arrived in because the bath bombs had crumbled everywhere. I was lucky it was a gift so i just closed the box back up and wrapped it. But it was packaged with other items I ordered and it got all over those too. The product itself seems fine, smells nice and nieces have reported back saying they were pretty.

Turned to wrapped powder in shipping
We have purchased these a about 4 times. The first box about a year or so ago was great. The next time we noticed a couple of the bombs were wrapped but had turned into soft powder, no longer holding their shape. Of course, you could just pour them in the bath still. Messy, but it still worked okay. We noticed the next box we got was worse and more of the bombs had leaked out of the package which was wrapped before shipping like they were shipped damaged. The final box, almost half the bombs were soft powder. I used them, complained and they of course wanted me to send them back. One, I wasn’t going to because it would have been a mess boxing them and keeping the powder from getting even worse in shipping. Amazon is still thinking for this order since I started a return that I’m going to return them. We used them and will not be buying this brand anymore. Bad quality contol.

Gentle formula and pretty smell
These are very gentle (toddler friendly) and have a nice smell. They are made in Canada. I ordered one set and then ordered another right after and that one fell apart easily which was the only bad thing. I am hoping that the formula didn’t change. The colors are super bright in the water.

Great product but DESTROYED and poorly packaged
The product itself is lovely, but the packaging was broken, as if crushed or battered violently, and some the bath bombs were pulverized, leaking powder everywhere when removed from plastic shipping bag. No bubble wrap or protective substance was used in shipping. They are not gift-able in this condition and not worth even 1/10 of the $17 I paid per package.

Smells great!
The box was open, and a few were out of place, but none were broken. They smell really good. Some don’t look like the photos. Hard to tell which is which because the patterns are different than the pictures on the box.Only wish the plastic wrap had a sticker with name on it to better identify the name/scent. But overall worth it!

Have used this product from a different source and really like it.Was looking forward to the bath bombs coming.When I opened the perfect looking box ( packaging had not been damaged ) the product was a crumbled mess of powder. Not one was unbroken or fully intact!Unbelievable!

I had originally had bought some of these at Costco (same brand) a few months ago and then saw them on Amazon on sale. I love these, and gifted a few of the Costco ones at Christmas, (and they loved them too). They came wrapped in paper, and unfortunately 2 of the balls had disintegrated but the bath salts could still be used. I would recommend that perhaps the company switch to the same plastic covering they use for the Costco ones to avoid them going all over the box…at least wouldn’t come out of the tissue paper they are wrapped in. Great balls for baths, very colourful, nice scents and had a nice soft feel in the water, but the shipping and packaging needs some work. I wouldn’t buy this as a gift as they are likely to arrive in the same condition I received mine (see picture). Try them if you like high quality bath bombs for a good price but expect a couple to arrive in less than perfect condition.
