What a wonderful find. Relief for my neck.
This heat pad is wonderful. I have so much trouble with my neck and was always trying to keep a regular heat pad wrapped around my neck. I am a somewhat large woman, and this heat pad fits fine. There are different snaps to adjust the size. It is just the right weight so that it stays in place, but is not too heavy. I don’t even notice that I am wearing it.It is well worth the money, which is not a lot.

The heating pad works but the vibration could be made better.
I needed a new heating pad and this one looked good and the price wasn’t too bad. I have never had a weighted heated pad with vibration so I was curious what I was getting. It arrived in good time and was packaged good. The cord length is very good and the buttons are nicely set up. The cover is really soft and nice to lay on. I like the auto shut-off for the heat and vibration as it is a good safety measure. It has a nice layout on the control pad and it isn’t that noisy. The pad itself is heavier than I expected but I guess that’s what the “weighted” means. I just needed a pad I could lay on so I was hoping this was going to work. It works ok with me laying on top of the pad and the heat levels work good too. The pad has only 2 hard vibration disks and that’s not enough- I think there should be 3-4. I have to keep moving the pad around to get the vibration disks where I need them to work. All in all, It’s an decent pad and I will keep this as it will help for the time being but I will be on the watch if one comes with several vibration disks inside the pad.

Piece of crap!!! Update.
This is an update on my experience with the Bedsure Heating Pad. It stopped working after 6 months. And I gave a one star review. It was past the return window so I threw in out. Bedsure reached out to me and offered a full refund. I informed them that I couldn’t return it because it had been thrown out, but they refunded the full purchase price anyway. Please reach out to them if you have questions about the performance of the item you purchase first.

Very ineffective
Doesn’t really get that warm even on the high setting. It also comes and goes as if the heating elements turn off for a few seconds then then on then off again. It’s smaller than I expected. It is also pretty heavy. The side you would expect to have against you, with all the fluff and cushion, yeah nah you’re not going to get any relief with that. You only feel the warmth when you turn it around and use the back aside of it.

Best heating pad ever!
The best heading pad I’ve ever used. It’s got the perfect amount of comfort to it, it’s long enough to cover your whole back, and the heat is perfect. The timer is perfect too. I would absolutely say I got a good value for my money.

Good heating pad
Easy to use, good temperature control, has a little weight to it which is nice. Only reason for the loss of a star is the “massage” setting it just vibrates, kind of a waste. Overall nice and soft material.
