The sleep mask that looks like a bra for your eyes. Created from the same material as swimwear, the 40 blink mask weighs just .57 ounces and conform to facial contours without adding uncomfortable pressure around eyes. The completely light-blocking convex eye sections allow the wearer to blink without friction and protect natural or false lashes side lashes from twisting and tangling during sleep. Adjustable elastic strap with Velcro closure allows the wearer to create the perfect fit without pressure on the ears. It feels like someone turned out the lights! the 40 blinks are ultra-flexible and can be folded in half and fitted into a pocket for portable sleep while traveling. This mask is great for people who travel long distances, work a double shift and would like to nap during their break or who work nights and have to sleep during the daytime hours, and for anyone who just craves a good night’s sleep. Light is the number one reason that people can’t sleep and the 40 blinks eye mask, while blocking light, encourage natural melatonin production so that wearers sleep more deeply and for longer periods.

So comfortable!
Love this eye mask! It creates a lightweight dome over your eye that makes it particularly comfortable to wear while blocking out all light.

Restful Sleep eyemask
Love this eye mask. It fits very well with no pressure on the eyes or anywhere else. They don’t fit completely over the bridge of the nose but mine is slender so I wasn’t surprised. The gap is very small and doesn’t detract from it darkening a lit room. Very restful. The subtle polka dots are cute as well. There is no odor and the material is very soft and good quality inside and out. These are very easy to travel with. The Velcro works very well and does not catch on my hair or scratch. They are a good value.

Can’t go wrong!
Bought 2 as my original ones purchased more than a decade ago finally lost their elasticity in the head ties. The design is great as there is no pressure on the eyes; the best choice if you are looking for comfortable and complete blackout!

Great blackout quality, love this, do wish the velcro closure in the back was on the side
I would say this is one of the better sleeping eye covers I have purchased. Great blackout quality, love this, I do wish the velcro in the back was on the side instead of the middle of head. It does bother me sometimes to feel the lump from the velcro in the back of my head as I am a back sleeper. It is also pretty rigid, which is nice as it keeps the cover off of your eyelashes, however, it also makes it easy to push up when you are sleeping. all in all one of the best I have ordered.

Excellent sleep mask for the price
I’ve now purchased multiple of these items. I have chronic sleep issues and finally began using sleep masks about a year ago. I’ve tried out multiple brands and styles, and these are by far my favorites. The mask material is very comfortable on my face and has an easily adjustable strap to create the perfect tightness for your head. The material is thick and very well shaped in my opinion – especially the eye “humps”.I’ve tried a couple of other brands in this style of mask and found that many of the others had thinner material causing the eye hump to constantly collapse allowing light to bleed in around the edges. This doesn’t happen with the Bucky masks I’ve used. The design of these masks have made it possible for all light to be blocked allowing me to fall asleep mode easily and to regularly sleep past dawn for the first time in years. My only criticism so far in using these masks is that the first one I bought lasted for about 6 months and then I began seeing some separation along the outer seams of the mask… especially along the bottom where it went across my cheeks and nose. It was still absolutely usable, but with me being a little OCD I went ahead and bought several more as replacements.I’ll update this review if the same thing happens with my newer ones. But even with this slight flaw, I would still recommend these highly.

Best mask I’ve ever used- life changing.
I have insomnia and lived in a city with bright street lights at night, so a mask has been part of my sleep hygiene for many years. This is my favorite mask. It will delaminate and fall apart every 8 months, but it’s still money well spent. There are other mask designs that last longer, but this is by far the best for comfort and my face shape. Stays on fairly well. Changed my life and sleep. Have converted friends and family members to this mask, so just buy whatever dark pattern costs the least and give it a try.

Perfect Eyelash Extensions Protection
I got lash extensions for the first time, and at 38 weeks pregnant I can’t sleep on my back, though God I want to. I scoured the web, and folks, THIS is the mask you want to protect your eyelash extensions during sleep. I tried the similarly priced Unimi, and the $25 Manta (big soft goggle style) sleep mask, and neither of them fit my volume set of extensions, and had a tendency to collapse around the eyes if pressure is put on the face. Those were just the other two I settled on actually purchasing. I also spent hours reading reviews of too many sleep mask across the internet to find the right mask for extensions, and I hope this review saves you from that. This is the one you need.Pros: This Bucky mask gives ample room for your lashes, you can open and close eyes without eyelashes touching the mask. It’s made entirely of soft foam but somehow it doesn’t collapse when you sleep on your face, continuing to provide a protective bubble around your eyes and lashes, which was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely no pressure around the eyes. Added bonus, the silky fabric and flower pattern also makes me feel like a movie star.Cons: the mask does ride up a bit during the night, I had to adjust it once, pulling it back down during the night, but woke up with it in place. If you’re maniacal about it you could add some sort of rubber tape to the edges to keep it from slipping, which would do it. It also does not contour perfectly around my nose so a *tiny* bit of light seeps around the bridge of the nose. With your eyes closed it’s still pitch black, so for me this was not a problem, but if seeing a tiny bit of light in your periphery with your eyes open is a deal breaker, this mask might not be for you, unless of course you, like me, are primarily wearing this to protect lashes, make up, or feel no pressure on your eyes. I will say, I woke up later than I usually do after wearing this mask and woke up in pitch black, not knowing what time it was, only to take the mask off and see full bright daylight surrounding me, so it worked at keeping me asleep and shielded from light. But I never usually wear a sleep mask unless I’m on an airplane so I’m not the “this the perfect sleep mask for sleep” reviewer type, though as someone who doesn’t typically wear a mask while I sleep, this did not bother me at all, which is its own bonus. Speaking of travel- though this mask is obviously far superior to those lazy non contoured fabric eye coverings, and I would definitely wear this over those on an airplane, especially in business class with lay flat beds, this is not the sleep mask I would buy specifically for flying coach. So if you’re about to take a redeye in coach, you don’t give a darn about things like eyelashes or make up, and are looking for the perfect mask, I’d recommend you keep up your search. I’ll point you toward the Manta I tried, which I believe would work well for travel zzzs.

Best sleep eye mask
I love this eye mask and have a few of them. It looks nice but the most important thing is the eye holes don’t press on your eyelashes. I forget it’s there. The weight of the mask is comfortable and it doesn’t pull my hair out. Since I have been wearing this, I have been getting better, more consistent sleep and that has improved my life in other ways. Highly recommend.

– just deep enough to not collide with lashes- very comfortable (very soft foam that gets its structure mostly through its shape)- blocks out light really well for me with only some adjustment- lightweight at only 20 grams

It is so comfortable and dark that it is almost addictive. I now use it every night, both at home and when I travel, even when not needed. I can’t go back to being without it 😉

I have used Bucky No Pressure eye masks for years. PROS: They are light weight and curved so they do not press on the eyes, and the curved area is large. They block almost all of the light when positioned correctly. I prefer the 40 Blinks, to the Ultralite, which has slightly less cushioning, but neither has too much padding and both are good. During the night they may slip a bit as one turns and let in a small amount of light. To me, that trade off is worth it for the comfort and fit. They fasten with an elasticized velcro strap. This makes them easy to adjust. CONS: Sometimes my hair gets caught in the velcro when I remove the mask, which is annoying but still worth it for the comfort and effectiveness of the mask. Over time, the fabric starts to separate and they need replacing. Again, at their price point this isn’t too bad.

It fits well and it’s light.

It blocks light really well but it looks and feels like wearing a padded bra on your face. Sleeping on my side was impossible with this on.
