Great quality of mat for everyday use.
Good mat, with enough cushion to support your knees. It is thick and doesn’t slide anywhere so it’s so great to use every day. Design is just great, overall very good quality of product.

Big body yoga
I go to a few yoga classes a week with my wife. I wanted my own mat but was having difficulty with the standard-size mats. This mat allows me to take the space I need for my exercise and with the different types of texture on either side it makes grip a breeze. I’m 6’3” 235 and my feet wouldn’t hit the standard mat size during some exercises. This mat is thick and very comfortable during a workout.

I love this yoga mat. Its durable, comfortable and nonslip. Love the large size. My only complaint is that it shows stains /smudges but they easily wipe off.
