Outstanding quality
I bought this to do Physical Therapy on the floor after having a pinched sciatic nerve in L4 and L5. I started off doing my PT on the bed but that did not offer a firm enough resistance that I really needed. This mat is easy to store, easy to unfold and fold up, and is covered with an excellent quality of soft durable vinyl. The padding itself is high density, offering soft comfort and firmness. I tip the scales at about 280, and when I’m working out on this mat I barely depressed a quarter of an inch into this mat. First time I have owned a mat like this, and I would definitely purchase this one again.SEVERAL PLACES IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DESCRIBE THIS AS A FOUR PANEL MAT. IT IS NOT A FOUR PANEL MAT, IT ONLY HAS THREE PANELS.

Nice thick mat
For the first time in my life I have to work out. Every job up until now gave me plenty of exercise, but this one isn’t very physical. So I started checking out workout videos and ever single one of them has floor exercises. I have bare hardwood floors and that wasn’t an option for me. Then I found thois mat. It’s not flimsy like most, it’s durable, and comfortable. Helps protect my bones from the solid floor. It’s a good length, even though I’m only 5’5” it could fit someone taller. Plus it folds up so it’s easy to store. Very happy with this purchase.

Good by itself, even better with a thin mat on top of it
Got this to replace my 10-year-old four-panel fold-up mat, which was only about two inches longer. This one is much thicker and about half the weight, but a bit more slippery than my old one. The extra padding is great for jumping exercises, though during burpees or push-ups your hands sink slightly into the foam, which can irritate the wrists over time. I’m sure most tri-fold foam mats have this issue, so I put a 6mm Gaiam yoga mat on top—and now it’s night and day. Much more comfortable on my feet and hands, and it feels way sturdier and grippier.

Gymnastics Granddaughter
Bought this as a gift for my granddaughter who’s 6. She loves the color, the comfort of the padding, the length is perfect, doesn’t slide around, stays put, no plastic smell great protection for her knees cause they have hard wood floors. Love the design, the handle is great cause even grandma can move it! Highly recommended for your little gymnastics girl or boy. Highly recommend this!

A Good Practice Mat
I bought this for my daughter (4) so that she could practice her gymnastics at home. I like the thickness. It is soft enough that when she does not land softly she is not hurt. It is long enough for her to practice her cartwheels and bridges. It folds and has a handle that makes it easy to carry once folded up. I bought the pink one because she loves pink of course.

Value for the money
Absolutely love this mat!! It is much thicker than my old one which is a knee and elbow saver for floor exercises. The quality of the vinyl is durable and gives you a little traction for planks and yoga positions. The foam is just firm enough for support and cushion. Love exercising on it but wouldn’t want to sleep on it. It’s a keeper!!

It’s Well Worth The Price!
First I would like to say that I am a consumer. No one paid me for this review. I am absolutely presently surprised by this mat. I thought it was going to be thin. It is thick and perfect for exercise. I love how simple the mat folds and your handles sync together. I’m 5’5 and I still have more length on this mat. The quality of the material is definitely great. If you tear this mat up, it’s because you are extremely rough. Great value and Great price! You can’t go wrong with this mat.

Life saver!
Got this for the floor of my tent. It’s a short lil pop-up so I have to kneel/crawl while I’m in there. I’m an elderly millennial and have creaky knees so this was not fun.Put this down next to my cot and getting around was no problem! Made getting in and out significantly easier, and packing up super easy as I kneeled the whole time and packed this last lolIt is huge when folded up but has functional handles that hold it together when moving it around.I don’t really have a place to store it so it just hangs out in the back of my subie between uses lol

This mat is a great size for me, I’m 5’11″Seems to be good quality, have used it for a week now. Folds well for storage. Great padding on the hard floor vs the thin yoga mat we used previously.

These mats really are a steal at ~$30, and can be used for all sorts of things: exercise, relaxation, camping, etc. The foam inside is firm and robust. I’m currently using them on my patio as seating. I wish they came in more colours!

This is a great exercise mat. I have one in our other home and love it. It folds up nicely after you’re done with it and is quite high with foam so you don’t go through onto the floor.
