Great replacement for chalky chewables!
Celebrate Multivitamin Capsules are exactly what I was looking for after having bariatric surgery. I tried several types of the chewable and liquid multi-vitamins with little to no ability to tolerate the taste and consistency. It was crucial that I find a vitamin that I could tolerate. This multi-vitamin was designed for bariatric patients. Easy to swallow, quick dissolving capsule that does not leave an aftertaste in your mouth. Check with your bariatric doctor before taking to be sure it will work in your situation. I learned that I tolerated them the best if I took them after having some form of diary product such as yogurt or fat free milk. To get my recommended level, I take three a day, staggered throughout the day and the 90 count bottle is a month’s supply. It was a game changer for me.

Great multi-vitamin!
I have been using Celebrate vitamins for over 2.5 years now. I’ve tried most of their multivitamins, and I find that these work best for me. I (religiously) take one of these, 3 times a day. First is in the morning with my iron, 2nd at lunch with calcium, and the 3rd at dinner with more calcium. I have tried the chewables, and they were great at first, however I grew to dislike the flavor and texture after a while. Then I tried the multivitamin with iron, but I learned that calcium and iron compete for absorption, so I switched to these.Occasionally, if I take these without food, I may get a little nauseated. I just make sure to try to keep a snack or something with me if I have to take this at an unusual time. It is also convenient that these come in a 3 month supply, so that keeps me from have to remember to buy them every month.I am very happy with Celebrate, and I will continue to purchase these vitamins.

Excellent vitamin
If you are dedicated to keeping you vitamin levels in positive ranges, these vitamins will do that for you. I am 5 years out from my bariatric surgery and have continued to take these vitamins. My vitamin levels are checked every 6 mos. and I’m always within the proper range.

Perfect balance of cost and value
You just can’t go wrong with these vitamins. There are a lot of options out there, however most of the vitamins I seen that are supposedly for bariatric patience are lacking in some of the most basic areas. Some companies don’t even seem to have an understanding of the absorption issues that bariatric patients face. These capsules are easy to take and have the right amount of nutrients that bariatric consumers need. I ordered this vitamin because my doctor’s office sold me the same brand at a significant markup in price. The capsules from Amazon are smaller and slightly lighter in color than the ones in the smaller bottle by the same brand from my doctor. The nutrition labels are the same, so I trust I am getting the same vitamin potency. As I said, these are a bit smaller than the 90 count I purchased from my doctor, so they are easier to swallow. I found that if I take them with a warm beverage, they go down easier. I have trouble with larger vitamins feeling like they stick in my throat or stomach, and since these are capsules, they dissolve more quickly than a solid vitamin does. They irritate my stomach slightly unless I take them with food. Be aware that you are supposed to take three of these a day to get the label’s stated nutrition.
