This seems to work fine. It doesn’t irritate my skin, cause acne, or seem greasy. It does leave a white cast.

Good basic skincare item – not fancy but not meant to be
Update: I am really starting to like thus product now. I don’t notice the suncreen part as much and my skin looks and feels good when using. Upgrading to 5 stars.4 stars for being more sunscreen like than moisturizer like. When I used for the first time wasn’t expecting to like it but turns out I do even though it seems more sunscreen than anything else. I do think they could work on the texture. I am going back to basics on my aging breakout prone skin – let’s call it a reset – and this does fit the bill as a basic item. If you want anti aging punch this won’t be your product but if basic simple skincare is your thing this is great. For me it’s great for no makeup days and I can reapply it later in the day with no problem. Not sure why there are so many complaints about white cast…there is not that much zinc oxide in the formula seems like. At any rate this has not been a problem for me. At a later time I may advance to a more complicated anti-aging moisturizer but for now it’s good.

Overall, this product is just OK, and I won’t be buying any more since I have found better ones. This lotion works and does not cause any type of negative reaction. It doesn’t feel greasy but is a bit stickier than I would like. The only major issue I have with it is how it often leaves a white cast or streaks. If my face is too damp or too dry then I get a white cast. If I have a bit of stubble, there will always be tiny bits of lotion that get stuck on the hair and leave white spots despite my best attempts. If I apply anything else on top of this lotion, then that usually causes a white cast to come out of this sunscreen if there was none before. Even hours after I apply the lotion and see no white cast and if I apply something on top, the white from the sunscreen will come up. It’s very frustrating. I am honestly disappointed that a brand like CereVe that makes so many great skin care products can drop the ball on the execution of this lotion.

It also has a PM version and a exfoliator product also. All of themgood line of products. Product prices may look prohibitive bit its worth it
