Gentle and Moisturizing Cleanser That Leaves Skin Fresh and Hydrated
I’ve been using the CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser for a few weeks now, and it’s been a wonderful addition to my skincare routine. This cleanser starts as an oil and gently transforms into a foaming lather that cleanses deeply without stripping my skin’s natural moisture. I have dry and sensitive skin, and this formula, enriched with ceramides, squalane, and hyaluronic acid, keeps my skin feeling soft and hydrated rather than tight or dry after washing. It removes dirt and light makeup effectively and is fragrance-free, which is great for sensitive skin. The pump bottle is convenient and easy to use, and the cleanser rinses off easily with no residue left behind. Overall, it provides thorough cleansing with the soothing care my skin needs daily. Highly recommend for anyone with dry or sensitive skin looking for a gentle yet effective face wash.

I definitely recommend it
It cleans well. It smells right. It’s not watery. It’s good quality. It was a good affordable Face wash, feels clean and rested. You just need very little to wash you face. Last a long time

I so want to love this
I hesitated to try an oil cleanser because I have that T-zone problem with oil. But I read up on it and the logic behind using an oil cleanser even on oily skin seemed, well, logical, plus there were suggestions that I could then follow up with another cleanser to remove any of the oil residue. Call me a dork, but I just find clear bottles of products attractive so I was tempted to get this so many times. It’s like when Neutrogena came out with that transparent soap bar in the 80’s. It was just so cool. I think subconsciously I just think something is a really clean product if it’s in a clear bottle? IDK. I religiously use the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser twice a day and have for years, and I SO wish they would put it in a clear bottle (maybe there’s an ingredient that can’t be exposed to light, who knows?). Well, back to this product. Literally the next day after first using it (I only use it at night), I got a large cystic zit on my chin near my mouth. Now, I tend to break out there sometimes for whatever reason, so I gave it some time. Last night, I kid you not, right after washing my face for the night, I was feeling around on my chin around my mouth and there were 3 more spots popping up. I’ve only been using the product for a week. I thought maybe it’s just my skin purging the oil and stuff, but nope, I researched it and that only happens when you start using a product with retinol or exfoliants like glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid (which this does not contain.) It can’t be the hyaluronic acid because that’s already present in the CeraVe product I already use. I will soldier on and give it a couple more weeks to see if this is just a coincidence break-out or if it’s this product, but I suspect an oil cleanser is not for me.

Skin care must have!!
Love love love this cleanser!! So happy I purchased! This Cera Ve cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean, while leaving it soft. Definitely hydrating for the girlies with dry skin that want a good quality cleanse. Doesn’t really have a scent (which I love). You only have to use a dime size amount so the large size bottle will last a while. Great price for the amount!I’ve been having breakouts from rosacea and this has helped tremendously!!

It works really well, and my skin doesn’t feel weird or dry after. Feels clean and smooth. For me, that is a big deal. I have let’s say, difficult skin, but especially on my face. So I really like this product.

Great cleanser that dissolves my thick moisturizers AND leaves my skin soft and hydrated
Okay I’m in LOVE with this cleanser!!! I’ve struggled with foaming cleanser for such a long time, omg, I don’t know how other people manage to wash off their skincare with them, but my foams (and I have a lot of them!) just can’t really remove creams, serums, etc. Regular foams just don’t fully dissolve some ingredients in my creams, so I have to wash my face again, and it’s always damaging and irritating for my skin. The only thing that actually dissolves them is oil cleansers, but1) they leave a film that needs another cleanser, and my poor skin barrier has seen enough of this s**t and said GIRL NO.2) I’ve heard they’re bad in the long run if used twice a day, because they remove ALL oils, including natural oils from our skin barrier. And I’m trying to repair mine.THIS cleanser is the best from all worlds!! It dissolves all of my skincare (Naturie toner, manyo bifida ampoule, Cezanne milk, and Eucerin q10 on top, because my skin is dehydrated and loses water quickly) AND leaves my skin soooo soft and nice!! It has such a great consisteny, and I just enjoy using it. I’m actually looking forward to washing my face in the morning! It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, but if you have REALLY sensitive skin, then it’s better to skip washing your face in the AM while you’re healing your barrier. Or use something like Aveeno oat gel cleanser that’s really gentle (and doesn’t leave my skin super clean, which is why I only use it when my skin needs some rest). The bottle is huge and amazing. Love the pump. Love the design. The price is right for such a large bottle (I’ve never had such a big cleanser!). I just love everything about this cleanser! Thank you!!

This cleanser is hands down one of the best on the market, my skin is so soft, hydrated and glowy and even after a full nights sleep when using it before bed I wake up with the same softness and glow.
