Worth every penny!
Quickly became our favorite to go coffee mug! Perfect size, handle is firm, lid is tight on, keep it hot for hours, the mouth piece pops up for easy drinking and easily clicks closed to lock it up and not spill. It has fell over in the car with lid on and mouthpiece closed and absolutely nothing spilled! Highly recommend!

Good cup with a cheap handle!
I really like the Contigo Superior 2.0 insulated tumbler overall. It keeps my drinks hot or cold for hours, and the lid seals well to prevent leaks. The design is sleek and easy to carry around. However, I was disappointed with the handle — it’s quite weak and actually broke off after a few weeks of use. That said, most other aspects of the tumbler work great, so I’d still recommend it if you’re okay with using it without the handle. Hopefully, the durability of that part improves in future models!

What happened to the Contigo lid???
It is almost impossible to drink through the lid. It just doesn’t open enough yet manages to be hard to aim, and I’ve actually had more success sipping through the air hole. I usually just take the lid off, so I can’t use it while I’m driving, which makes it more of a transport container that a commuter mug.The good news is my mug does keep beverages hot for hours, and there are no leakage issues if I screw the lid on tightly.

Will never spend money on another Contigo product.
I have had with all Contigo products and won’t buy anything from the brand again. This mug handle started feeling odd within a month. It was so loose stopped using it after six months. I was afraid it would break off. It’s sitting in the back of the cupboard with the others that became unusable because I thought the extra lids may be handy. The worst loose handled one was purchased less than a year ago. The others are probably about a little over year old. Because I have eight or ten of them, (my family uses them every day), the first lose handle didn’t scare me, but now all of them are feeling lose to some degree. They all have to be replaced. I don’t think we will ever buy this brand again. I have depended on the Contigo brand for years. I have purchased every style at one time or another and I have some mugs that are over ten years old. I have the cold drink glasses that you can pack in lunch boxes without leaking. Those lids broke within three months. I have had problems with the lids leaking on some versions of the mugs. It seemed like the older ones were made much better than the newer ones. I have thrown out many of their expensive mugs because buying the replacement lids didn’t seem worth the cost. They are very expensive, and replacing the lids on older mugs with the higher quality metal bottom parts, didn’t seem worth it. The decline in quality has been so disappointing. Custom service is terrible and frustrating. This isn’t my go brand anymore I don’t think I will ever buy a Contigo product again. I was amazed at the experience with another brand that I decided to try. Simple Modern has my vote now. High quality products and great customer service if you need them.Update. An out of town guest mistakenly pulled the mug from a cabinet where I had put the ones with loose handles, thinking that I might eventually try to fix them since most were only about 10 months old. She was badly scalded and I feel awful enough to update this review. These mugs are dangerous.

Keeps my coffee hot for a few hours. Love the handle as well (it’s my first time getting one with the handle) and the colour is really pretty.

Love this cup. Keeps the temperature of coffee for house. It’s easy to clean. I recommend this for coffee drinkers.
