I received a beautiful, well-packed plant. I had expected to receive a pretty green plant, but this exceeded my expectations. It was not only pretty, but was actually in bloom.I will certainly order from this seller again.

Arrived torn up, dying a week later
Anthurium arrived torn up with the red leaf/petal parts bent and scarred all over, and now a week later it is almost 100% brown all over.I also bought a Boston Fern from Costa Farms and it arrived with shriveled fronds and disgusting root rot– it’s making my whole house smell like low tide.But you can’t return through Amazon and Costa Farms customer service is impossible to get ahold of. You call them, they tell you to use the website. If you use the website, your inquiry form submits and you get a blank page with no confirmation email. If you call them, they transfer you, then you get lost in a broken phone tree.I think Costa Farms business model is making you give up and throw the plant away and just eat the $ you paid for it.Meanwhile, I got a silver pothos from another Amazon store called Plants for Pets and it arrived in beautiful condition. So I know it is possible for an Amazon store that actually cares to deliver a plant alive. Costa Farms just doesn’t care.

I very rarely write reviews but I really wanted to write one about my beautiful plant. It looks absolutely beautiful and looks just like the picture. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I felt so sad that it came so smashed in the box. Several leaves got broken, I don’t think that was the fault of Costa farms rather the the fault of the shipping company. I have purchased many plants from Costa farms and I have always received very healthy beautiful plants. But this one has been by far my biggest favorite.

I bought this plant as a gift to be sent to a friend in another state. She sent me a photo of the plant when it arrived and it was not in the cute pot that I ordered. It was in a black growers pot. I got in touch with Cost Farms and in 2 days a replacement was delivered to her. It was in the correct pot and even more beautiful that the first delivery.I have received gifts sent from Costa Farms and they always beautiful and healthy.Thank you Costa Farms for wonderful customer service.

The plant is beautiful but the ceramic pot was smashed to bits. Very disappointing considering the cost.
