Great serum foundation!
I love this serum foundation! Probably should have picked the light shade instead of fair but I just use some bronzer! This is so lightweight and acts like a serum. It covers like a tinted moisturizer, which it still covers age spots and leaves my skin so soft and smooth! I’m going to order the light color for more coverage.Worth the money!

Really Nice Product
I hope Covergirl looks at our reviews. I first want to say that this product really is one of the best products to use for no makeup makeup days. If all I wanted to do was make my skin look better, I could just use this and call it a day. All dimension is not lost and I’m able to get away not using blush, bronzer, contour, highlight and some type of colored lippie. The prices found on Amazon is the only reason I even tried it out. The finish looks like my skin and doesn’t transfer everywhere. I’m an oily girl taking spironolactone, and I don’t even see tons of oil seeping through as I would with a traditional foundation. So here are the cons, but they really aren’t that bad. The model pictures will have you picking the wrong color. I can look in the mirror and hold up the image of the model to look at both of us at the same time. My skin tones looks to be color 50 and maybe 40. Looking at the perfector essence in the bottle would have me picking color 50. 50 looks like white paste on my skin. However, I match color 60 perfectly. This leads me to say that these colors are not very flexible. I can’t get away with grabbing a slightly lighter shade. Also, the application applies better with the designated brush better than with fingers. If I swirl the product with the brush, it automatically bursts and blends the perfector essence perfectly. Applying it with my hands requires more effort and blending. This is great because I can just use a brush, but using my hands turns out to be harder. Lastly, the price is too high for a drugstore product. On Amazon, the price is great, but in stores it costs too much without coupons and discounts. This is a Covergirl product and we expect Covergirl pricesOverall, I am happy with this product. Influencers that I’d match are Monica Ravii, Artee Kumar and in most cases Adityamadiraju, but he is a hair darker and is less olive. I’m not Indian, but I seem to match many online who consider themselves dusky.O

Low tox and great coverage at a great price!
I’ve been using this foundation for about a week and half now and here are my thoughts.Pros: 1-Very low tox and great for my sensitive skin. I know a lot of the ingredients are hard to pronounce which is normally a red flag however they are indeed low tox.2- The price is right on point. It’s an excellent value for the money.3- It’s fun to blend. It’s so weird at first but I put just a bit on the top of my hand, blend back and forth with a brush and apply.4- It’s fragrance free. Having no scent is such an essential for me.5- It applies smoothly and lasts all day without looking cakey (except where I have dry skin).Cons- I think the only con I can find is that I wonder if it wastes just a bit of product because I do have to blend it. However blending it straight on my face may be an option to fix this.Overall I HIGHLY recommend this foundation!

Get the right shade
Wrong color but thats my fault. I purchased it in my correct shade and it gives me a nice shimmer. I got compliments on my skin when I wore it.

Different but I like it!
Yes, this foundation is quite different than anything I’ve used before, and I’ve tried a LOT of different brands. I was leery about getting it, due to some of the negative comments, but the price wasn’t bad and I really wanted to see what this unique formula was like.First off, I have a hard time finding a good color, but this one (Fair #20) worked well for me. I’m a natural redhead with pale freckly skin, and have a hard time with finding a good color; I either end up with something way too pale that washes me out, or a color that’s too orangey or pinkish. I like this color as it’s not too light and is also fairly neutral. As for the application, yes, it’s a bit different in that you have to break the ‘spheres’ apart before applying; but it was fairly easy to put some on my hand and then mix it with my finger before I applied it. It went on very smoothly and doesn’t look/feel greasy, although I will say the coverage is much more sheer than I anticipated. I generally like a more medium coverage, but this actually worked well; the coverage wasn’t bad.I also liked that it didn’t settle into my wrinkles, which is important since I’m in my late 60’s and my skin tends to be dry with a few wrinkles. Others had mentioned that it caused irritation of their skin, but although I have very sensitive skin, it didn’t bother me at all. This is one of the better foundations I’ve ever tried, and as long as the price stays around the same, I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Excellent quality
I ordered two, one for my sister and one for me before I looked them up for ingredient risks, and it had a score of 83 of 100.My sister absolutely loves this foundation because it’s light, it has good moisture, likes the way it feels on her skin, and gives her the coverage that she needs. For me, I need a foundation with much more coverage, and more matte.

Light, clean, buildable foundation.
This foundation was suggested to me by the Yuka app. It’s supposed to be a cleaner alternative to my normal liquid foundation. I like it – it’s light, not greasy, and the coverage is buildable. My only complaints are the price and the ease of application. It’s difficult to blend because of the little capsules of tint.

This moisturizer/foundation is perfect for daily wear. It consists of tiny beads coloured in shades from very pale to dark to match various pigments in natural skin. The beads are suspended in a gel-like substance, but dissipate when this is applied to your skin. Gently massaging this (in small circles) mixes the two components and provides an even coverage to your skin. After is is applied, there is a slight glow or shine to your face, however, this disappears after awhile. If you prefer a matte finish to your makeup, this may not be the product for you, but I like the fact that it has a moisturizing effect on my skin for daily use. For evening — you might want to try the CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless 3-in-1 Liquid Foundation which will provide more coverage. This product is also cruelty-free, vegan, paraben-free, fragrance and talc-free and is recommended by dermatologists. I love this foundation and highly recommend it.

I have golden olive light-medium, however when I tan properly (weather is not sunny enough), I am medium/tan. I was afraid with the skin range, it seemed finding the right match impossible. Glad I went with Medium 40, it matches nicely! I am aware that this match is my winter match, it may not match me soon because I tan so quickly. I have a horrible experience with foundations, it what pulled me off out of makeup for a long time. Finding your foundation is a very personnal experience, everyone reacts differently to formulas. The foundation is buildable, covers imperfection beautifully, giving your skin but better. It does not look like you are wearing foundation, you don’t feel it. Watery, you need to insure to blend it perfectly and to layer it uniformely to not be streaky. Blend and tap, I used my fingers as tool, do not like brush or sponge.I have slightly oily skin. I have tested both with and without setting powder (Charlotte tilbury airbrush powder), it honestly don’t make much of a difference, except at extending the makeup duration… Still looks gorgeous through the day. I think a ”glue” primer (eg: smashbox photo primer) is what gonna make the difference with this foundation, it will give a better base to stick throughout the day. This reminds me of Chantecaille future skin, except for it bing a more lightweight, watery (not creamy), more glowy foundation version… Obviously, with a huge price tag difference! I cannot compare to Chanel Les Beiges, never bought as it is heavily fragranced… my skin can be sensitive. All and all, I love this foundation. Hope for shade range expansion.P-S: It has a small dose of bakuchiol, be careful with your glycolic acids. Given it is not a very strong photosensitive as retinol, i do not know why they put an AHA ingredient in a foundation because after you have your sunscreen, how does your skin reaps the benefits of bakuchiol?

This is a pretty good product, looks very natural. I got it in the wrong shade by accident but it stills blends into my skin pretty well. It also moistures my skin decently but I’m not a big fan of how it comes out unevenly between the moisturizer and the skin tint which makes some parts lighter and some parts darker. Good as a base.
