Best cup out there!
Diva was my first reusable cup as a teen. When I needed a new one, I tried brand after brand after brand, and was about to just give up thinking they were all a big scam, but I loved the flexibility, safety, cost effectiveness and cleanliness of a cup. No chemicals, no absorption to raise risk of TSS, no soggy wetness, you sterilize the cup yourself so you know it’s done right,12 hours of freedom, no paper products to pack around & forget in emergencies… It’s great. Anyway, as a last resort I went back to Diva. And I have no idea why I wasted ten years and $$$ trying other brands 😂 perfect fit, soft enough to be comfortable, firm enough to stay open, no leaks, stain resistant, holds more than most, but still works with a low cervix. Will always recommend this cup!

If you are on the fence.. JUST DO IT!
So I was so on the fence over this because all I’ve ever used were tampons, but postpartum my periods have been extremely heavy and I was going through tampons very quickly. Also, just the thought of what’s in tampons and their risks are a little scary, so I’ve been thinking about purchasing a cup for a while. Well I’m here to say, I wish I would’ve done it sooner! It’s so convenient, healthier for you, and easy! (It took a few times to get the hang of it but it’s so simple!) 10/10 recommend.

I will always use and recommend the Diva Cup
I love this thing. Once you get used to it, this thing will be your best friend. You don’t have to change it as frequently as a tampon or worry about TSS since it’s plastic. The diva wash is great too.

Game changer!!
All I can say is 10/10 recommend! I had a 4-6 hour river float and the day before, Mother Nature visited me! I have the worst two days, it’s always so heavy, I didn’t know how I would be able to go. I had bought the diva cup but never tried it, the reviews were good but I was scared! Let me tell you… just do it!! It took a minute or two to get it where it needed to be, but once I did, I went all day and it was great!! No leakage, I couldn’t feel it, and it held all I had!! This is a game changer for the lake, the pool, the beach!! No more stressing about how I would be able to find facilities to change tampons!!

I will always use a diva cup. Changed my life. Barely any cramps, shortened my periods, and so easy to use. No more money spent on things I bleed in and throw away.

Coming from a skeptic
I heard about the Diva cup from my best friend. She swore by it but I just couldn’t get with it. After a couple years and mostly being annoyed with how much waste (using tampons) I was putting into the environment, I decided to try something more sustainable. No lie, adjusting to the diva cup was a little rough. Once I got over my fear of inserting the cup, this thing became my new best friend. I no longer have to change tampons every couple of hours! I have a heavy flow and need to change it once during my 10 hour workday (on my heaviest day). If you’re on the fence about this cup…just buy it! It’s a game changer!
