Best omega 3 for the price!
I’ve been on this supplement for over a year now and I have to say it’s the best fish oil I’ve ever used. I take 4000 mg a day as prescribed by my doctor for lupus related dry eyes. It’s odorless. Works wonders on my joints and connective tissues as well. It’s great value for the money especially if you do the subscription option. It’s made of quality ingredients. I get 45 days worth of medicine for the price of one bottle and it’s worth every penny. Consistency is key with any supplement so make sure you take it every day. The pills are a decent size so take with lots of water. The capsule does go down easier than I would expect. I’ve never tasted fish after use either. I looked long and hard for a quality omega 3 supplement -this one is the best imo.

After trying other fish oils w/o really knowing how much difference there is and what a person needs to look for in a quality fish oil I did my research, educated myself & chose Dr. Tobias Omega 3 fish oil capsule. The coating is a matt type finish that keeps them from sticking together and makes them easy to swallow. Also there’s no after taste or burping as w/ others. It also has the levels of EPA & DHA, which is critical, & which one should be looking for when looking for a good fish oil. Also had high marks on its quality & it’s source of fish oil. I have also started giving them to my dog along w/ a high quality chew supplement to help w/ her arthritis. There was an “Advanced” formula of the same chew supplement which was much more expensive but appeared the only difference was the addition of a few natural ingredients such as green tea extract, maybe some other natural herb or two and some EPA & DHA (as found in fish oil). Wasn’t impressed w/ a small amount of a few herbs but the EPA & DHA cud be really helpful,,, only problem was that the amount of EPA & DHA that was added was so insignificant and not close to what a dog needs (depending on it’s size). So, I opted for the regular chew formula and substituted Dr Tobias’ Omega 3 fish oil to give her the amount needed to make a difference.

Great product with no after taste.
I have used this for 2 pregnancies now and love how there is no fishy taste or smell after taking it. No upset stomach or indigestion problems at all, unlike other fish oil products which is a wonderful bonus.The only thing I dislike is how big the capsules are, but got used to it after a while.

I started using this product about a month or so ago and I wanted to wait till I had something to really say about the product.As the result of a car accident about 4 months ago I’ve been recovering from a broken neck and extensive spinal cord damage. Thanks to the grace of God and the fact I’m a tough SOB, I’ve gone from totally paralyzed to about 90% recovered. I still have some residual affects from the damage that I’m hoping won’t be permanent. Cord damage can take years to fully heal. I’m not allowed to take any anti- inflammatory drugs since the fusion in my neck which has made sore joints, ligaments and muscles tough to deal with. Health Benefits + no after taste
I have been taking this supplement for years, I continue to have optimal cholesterol levels. In fact I have high hdls! I am nearly 62 and I am in exceptional health. The bonus of Dr Tobias fish oil beyond health benefits is the gel capsule does NOT rupture causing nausea and a fishy taste. I wouldn’t take anything else!

Great supplement that really works
This is an excellent supplement. It is easy on the stomach and made a huge difference to my blood tests. Good cholesterol up and triglycerides were dramatically improved after I started taking about 10 years ago.

I like this product because it seems it was well thought out with enteric coating caps and the considerably high content of omega 3’s. 600 DHA and 800 EPA per 2 caps. I don’t take it really for my arthritis but I do take 3 caps witch works out to be 900 DHA and 1,200 EPA witch in my understanding makes for a good contribution towards a reasonable healthier cardiovascular health as well as bran health within reason though of course as I realized that these supplements also would work best with a relively good eating habits as well as a even just as little as going out for a 10 to 15 minute walk or preferably longerI try to get about 1 gram roughly of DHA per day in order to add to my overall wellness in many ways and I found this product was well thought out. All I have to do is get a roughly 600mg of ALA Alfa-lipoic-acid supplements (another kind of omega 3 found in mainly nuts and seeds)But as fare as I understand in Canada it’s harder to find a 600mg dose of ALA. they usually come in 100mg per per 1to 2 caps and at that much there’s not much of a therapeutic content in anything less then approximately 400mg and it’s really expensive. So I think I’m going to try to incorporate trying to eat a handful or 2 or mixed nuts per day ax another plus I guess. But yeah this is a good supplement and it’s got the food shippermens logo and the responsible shippermens logo as well witch I also think is important

I like the shape of the pills, they are easy to swallow, no fishy smell or aftertaste. Fish oil alleviates my arthritis symptoms, even though it seems improbable. Used to order fish oil from the states and my arthritis didn’t bother me for ten years. Stopped buying it from there, too expensive with shipping/customs, etc. and after just 2 weeks not taking fish oil, the arthritis was back. Ordered Dr. Tobias, 180 tablets/3 month supply and have been taking them for 3 weeks. So far, so good. No arthritis symptoms. I take 2 a day, no issues. I will be re-ordering. Just to be clear, no one touts fish oil for arthritis, but I do, because it works for me.

🧐 Expectation:Was looking for an everyday oil for healthy hair and skin benefits. Something that meets required amounts of dha to actually benefit the body.👍🏽 Pros:- no after taste- high quality ingredients- does not upset tummy- meets dha requirements👎🏽 Cons:- pricey!
