These lunch box is excellent! It gets the food really hot. I used it everyday! If you want to reheat your food in it, after you already ate once, it will not have enough battery for a second time in the day , if you want to reheat it there. Unless you charger it first. Its has a great design, it’s very user friendly, easy instructions and functions. Has a wide range of heating temperature. The sealing part it’s kind of tricky. In mine, I have to push it a little bit hard, to make sure that it makes the “click “ sound. It’s very easy to clean. It comes with your own utensils. I would recommend if you put big chunks of food, to cut it in little pieces, that way, the food gets hotter.

Used it 3 times now. Got food nice & hot. 2nd time I didn’t check the battery level and was stuck with lukewarm food… wished I had a car adapter option that day.The thermal bag is nice. Carry handles are handy. Wish the bag could open down to see/use the control buttons rather than taking the entire box out… otherwise I’m thrilled to have the option now for warm lunches over cold only. Good size container for me. I put it in my passenger seat and buckle it in so it doesn’t fly around while I’m driving. Looks funny, but works.

My husband loves it, it heats the food great. It’s great because you just program the food should heat up and when it’s time for my husband to it and already hot. Before this buy I had bought my husband the one you had to plug in but he would always forget and he would have to get his food cold. I would recommend buying it. It is a little heavy. There are no spills and litte big, but durable.
