This is a great multivitamin. I love that it doesn’t have overwhelming levels of individual vitamins, most at 100% RDA. They dissolve easily and taste good, despite containing iron. Highly recommended.

All that I need daily and chewable
I very much so enjoy these vitamins because they’re chewable and have everything I need in them. The only thing I don’t care for is how much they are is a bit pricey for me.

i take 1 per day
i can’t comment on better bloodwork because i just started taking these but they taste like flint stone vitamins. they don’t dissolve like the other smaller products but do melt quick enough to be good for me since i struggle to swallow pills
