Excellent Product
I brought this yoga mat for myself so I could exercise with my wife. She already had one. The minute she saw it I had to give it up. She loves the extra thickness and knee pad. So when we exercise together I use the thin yoga mat. I did get to use it the other day and agreed with my wife that it is the best yoga mat we have had. The thickness of the mat makes it so comfortable that I no longer mind exercising. I thought I wouldn’t use the knee pad but I have found it takes the pressure of my bad knee. It stays in place while exercising and the straps are great for carrying it around.Transaction was great. Good price and quick delivery. Overall, it is a great deal.

Great quality unbeatable cushioning and price!
I bought two of these mats for my dog’s use, as she has a disc disease in her spine and experiences difficulty controlling her rear legs, even on carpeting, and I thought these would give her better traction and stability. I was concerned they might be too thin and flimsy when I ordered them, as the price was so low, but was HUGELY, and pleasantly pleased when they arrived. These mats are amazing quality! Thick and great cushioning, nice tread, and offer fantastic stability and padding. These are perfect for my dog and I believe would be extremely adequate for yoga and of equal quality and styling as mats of a much higher price. They each came with a shoulder strap for convenient carrying and a smaller mat for your head or extra padding for certain yoga positions. I’m extremely pleased and highly satisfied with this purchase!

So far, so good!
Just got this so I can’t speak to its durability yet, but I will say it’s super comfortable and non-slip. It helped me to hold a plank for twice as long as I had been before! I have hardwood floors so my elbows were giving up long before my muscles were! My regular yoga mats weren’t thick enough and stacking two on top of each other was a pain and they would slide around after awhile. This was a great and inexpensive solution! For a quick session, the small pad will probably actually be enough for me if I don’t feel like unrolling the entire mat. I find that half the time it’s harder to get motivated to drag out equipment than it is to do the exercises.

Nice yoga mat, but not quite 1/2 inch thick
Overall pretty nice yoga mat however not quite as thick I would have liked. I purchased a yoga mat last year in purple from a different seller, although it was had an identical name “1/2-Inch Extra Thick High Density Anti-Tear Exercise Yoga Mat with Knee Pad and Carrying Strap.” I purchased this mat that I’m reviewing here in dark gray from Everyday Essentials this year. I noticed the Everyday Essentials gray didn’t feel as thick or plush as the other “1/2 inch extra thick high density” etc mat. I measured to make sure, and it is in fact thinner, and not 1/2 thick. I think that’s why it was cheaper, perhaps a mistake in production? Ideally the sellers would say, “Hey we have these mats, they’re not quite 1/2 thick so we’re putting them on sale” so we could make an informed choice. On the plus side this mat had no off gassing smell unlike the other mat I bought from the other seller. Overall 4 stars due to thickness not being 1/2 inch as advertised, as I would have liked this mat to be a bit thicker and more comfortable. I also would have liked the mat and the knee pad that comes with it to be in the same shade gray but one is lighter than the other, not sure if that was a fluke or not, but if they are all like that and if you are picky this might matter.

Amazing if you have back problems!
This is a fantastic mat! I exercise at home, and I have carpet. I have a bad lower back, so even laying on the carpet to do things like crunches and leg lifts was painful. With this mat, and the baby mat, I can place the baby mat under my lower back, and its so comfortable! The large mat is extremely comfortable too, for things like side leg lifts and push ups/ planks. I highly recommend this mat, and for the price? Its practically a steal!! I love that it also comes with a strap, so I no longer have to worry about my mat being all over the place.

Excellent padding
I purchased this exercise/yoga mat so that I could get on the floor for back and hip exercises. I am older and laying on the floor absent padding to exercise is not comfortable. I chose this pad for its extra-thick (1/2 inch), higher density and my preliminary assessment is that it is an excellent choice. When laying on the pad I can more comfortably exercise, even knee without discomfort. I cannot attest to its benefits as a yoga mat, but for exercise, it fits the bill. Additionally, it comes with a knee pad (which I will use for gardening). I would recommend this pad for exercising.

Worth the money
I am very happy so far with this yoga mat. I have bought a couple cheap yoga mats over the years. Most fall apart very quickly and offer little support. I have used the mat for two weeks now and it has held up great. I do yoga on a hard floor, so the extra cushion of the mat has been very beneficial. No pieces have torn off yet. Also, the company provides a two year warranty for the mat. I will update my review if anything changes, but at this point I would definitely recommend spending the extra money on this mat. Your body will thank you later.

Great quality exercise mat!
I’ve been looking for a high-quality mat during quarantine and this met all my needs! This mat is extremely thick and well made for my at-home exercises. It also comes with an additional pad that can be used for maximum comfort at your knees, head etc. The carrying strap is easy to take on and off and makes it very convenient to bring along with me as well as store in the house. The mat did have a slight offputting odor when it arrived so I just laid it out in the backyard for 24 hours and that solved the issue. Great quality mat and I would definitely recommend!
