Incredible
TMI, but I am headed toward a hysterectomy. Heavy miserable cycles, and the only thing that helped was estrogen birth control. Well I can’t have that anymore at my ripe old age of 36. Progesterone-only birth control has caused month’s long cycles, no breaks, erratic cycles, etc.UNTIL I FOUND THIS!I first found it at my local herbalistic shop and it was immediately a game-changer. Cycles slowed, not as heavy, I even get a week or 2 a month free of bleeds now! Still getting that hysterectomy later this year or early next, but this has at least made things more comfortable for the time being.

High quality supplements, natural ingredients
The capsules are easy to take, with a slight berry scent, and come in a secure dark glass bottle. While it’s recommended for daily use, I find they work even when taken just a few days a month when I know I am getting my period. Though a bit pricey, the quality, transparency, and effectiveness make it worth trying!

Quality cycle support supplements from reputable company
There are so many supplement companies out there, and it’s hard to know who is good and who is not. Knowing that Gaia is a certified B Corp puts my mind at ease. A B Corp has to uphold high-quality standards, not only in their products but also in their corporate ethics and manufacturing process.The Gaia Cycle Support Vitamins are easy to take and go down smoothly with water. They contain ingredients that target issues that come along with our “Aunt Flow”. I feel that they help lessen cramps and improve my mood. Milk Thistle and dandelion are good for general detoxing as well. If you are like me and want to make that time of the month a little more bearable, I recommend you give them a try.

Smell and look like rotten grapes. They are small and go down easy enough though. I like the natural ingredients. It slightly improved symptoms for me.

I find this brand to be one that I really trust, and as I said in the title I love that they are a certified B Corp. Yes I was a little surprised when first opening them to see that the product inside the capsules is actually a wet/liquid formula and not a dried herb, I’ve never really seen that before in this kind of capsule. But after reading the ingredients and opening one of the capsules up to investigate, I felt confident that this is how they were supposed to be. From the first day I took them I could really tell that they were helping my symptoms, especially cramping. Really happy to have found these.
