So very helpful for pre-menopause
If you’re going trough pre-menopouse this will help you substantially. I was starting to get hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, mood swings. Getting emotional for no reason. I was also starting to have heavier or irregular periods with the worst cramps I’ve ever had. They felt like the first contractions during a delivery of a baby.I went to my holistic doctor and he recommended these. They’ve changed my life! The dose he recommended was one pill 3 times a day between meals but I’ve gotten away with only two a day. They’re a huge relief!!

I like this blend I’ve been taking it awhile.( 3yrs) It definitely helps . HOWEVER I purchased this “so called” “PRO ” blend & its the exact same as the other with different bottle label , & more $. That’s almost enough for me to stop buying this! Trying to pull a fast one on customers. Shame on Gaia! Otherwise, I think they have really good products!
