Best Protein Powder I’ve had
Some really good flavors! I add my protein powder to greek yogurt, not water/milk, so that may affect it, but I really enjoy the additives in it. What I’ve tried so far:Marshmallow Cereal: 5/5: Really freaking good. Lucky charms marshmallows and the flavor on its own is pretty similar to the milk you find in cereal which is surprisingly good.Halloween Count Chocula: 10/5 AMAZING! Best one I’ve found, powder tastes like the cereal and has the lucky charms marshmallows in it shaped like bats. I’m so sad its a seasonal one and definitely bought a few before they stopped if for the year.Chips Ahoy: 4.5/5: Really good, chunks of the actual cookie in it. I’m not as big a personal fan of the cookie so not as good for me but a good way to mix it up. I add PB2 to this one which elevates it IMO.Oreo: 1/5: This one was weirdly bad, almost inedible. Other reviews mentioned it as “weirdly fruity” and I agree. Its not fruity in a good way like fruity pebbles it just tastes off.

Great flavor and protein
I’ve tried a lot of whey proteins over the years, and the GHOST Cereal Milk Whey Protein is easily one of my favorites. The flavor is spot on—sweet, smooth, and it genuinely tastes like the bottom of a cereal bowl (in the best way possible). It mixes super well with both water and milk, no clumping at all, and it’s really easy on the stomach.I love that it has 25g of protein per scoop, clean ingredients, and no weird aftertaste. It works perfectly for post-workout shakes or smoothies.Overall, great taste, great texture, and great results. Highly recommend if you want a protein powder that actually makes you look forward to drinking it!

Tastes Just Like Peanut Butter Crunch Milk and Mixes Great
The Peanut Butter Cereal Milk flavor tastes exactly like drinking the leftover milk after a big bowl of Peanut Butter Crunch cereal and I love it. I have a sweet tooth and this hits the perfect balance for me. If you are sensitive to sweetness it might be a little much but I think it is great. It mixes pretty well too. You still get some small clump that is wet on the outside but a little dry in the middle (you know what I’m talking about), but it is not bad at all. The texture is smooth, not gritty, and overall it is one of the best tasting protein powders I have had.

Yummy but has crunchies
This def tastes like a butter butter. I love it but one of my teens didn’t appreciate that there are chunks in it that do not blend. I actually liked that part because it gave it the crunch of a cookie. Not too sweet and not chalky flavored. It sat well on everyone’s stomach too. No gas or bloating. We are all thankful for that! I added it to my pancake batter and that was tasty as well. Price is comparable to others.

It’s GOOD!
I bought this because I love the cinnabon creamer for my coffee. It didn’t disappoint. I add some of this in my coffee or oatmeal in the morning and it’s so good. I have only mixed it with water in my shaker bottle and I believe it says to do 1 scoop with 6oz, but it seemed a little to thick and almost had that chalky after taste. So I do 1 scoop with 8 or 9 oz of water and it’s perfect. I will definitely be buying more when I run out.

Cereal Milk and Chips Ahoy: not good
I really wanted to love this stuff… but I didn’t. Both flavors are quite thick: i use two scoops and it’s almost milkshake thick. Other brands aren’t as this with the same protein load.Cereal Milk, like another reviewer said, is like a vanilla but with a weird sour tang. It’s not what cereal milk tastes like, or even in the ball park.Chips Ahoy at least has a decent approximation of little chips, but the main flavor also is not too good. The chips are pretty substantial, so I have to kind of strain it with my teeth to catch any chunks I need to chew.On the plus side, they’re easy on my stomach, and they’re good at keeping me full. But that’s not been a problem with other brands.I’ll finish them — mostly by blending them with other flavors from other brands (cinnamon seems to help the cereal milk, and cookies and cream makes the chips ahoy ok). But I wouldn’t buy them again.

Seriously the best tasting protein i have ever had. With milk….its like having a dessert. I only buy it every so often because its SO sweet tasting, but its definitely staying in the rotation! It dissolves easily as well, compared to some of the others I have tried.

Read the bad reviews and thought they could not possibly be true but I stand corrected.If you were to taste it blind folded you would probably only be able to surmise that it was a vanilla protein powder with something wrong with it.The slight ‘cereal milk’ flavouring is very clearly just artificial corn flavour and strongly resembles popcorn jellybeans as others have pointed out.If you do not enjoy vanilla protein then you will certainly not enjoy this, please don’t make my mistake.

After trying 10–20 brands of protein powder, I can confidently state this is by far the worst WPI I’ve ever tried. It has an aftertaste that lingers for close to a full day, and the aftertaste alone was enough to make me dry heave multiple times throughout the day.The flavor is horrendous—I would describe it as moldy fruits mixed with cement, with a hint of sulfur. After getting 4–5 people to try it, every single one of them absolutely despised it. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I honestly don’t know how the dingus who made this WPI tasted it and thought, “Excellent flavor; I can really taste the disappointment.”Don’t buy this item unless your taste buds are irreparably damaged, why should I try another other Ghost Flavour when this one is so horrendous?
