    I cannot express how much I adore this daily kids’ journal! It has become an integral part of our daily routine, and best part of all my kids don’t fight me on doing it.The thoughtful design of the journal covers a wide spectrum of emotions, from joy to challenges, allowing my child to explore and understand their feelings in a healthy and constructive way. The gratitude section has been a game-changer, fostering a sense of appreciation and mindfulness. My daughter struggles finding the good at times and we can get in a rut of negative thinking and this gives her a purpose to find the positives in even the toughest days.The space dedicated to challenges and accomplishments is fantastic. It encourages my kids to set goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their victories – big or small.One of my favorite features is the drawing area. My daughter struggles with dysgraphia and writing is always a challenge. It’s amazing how a simple sketch can sometimes convey emotions more effectively than words. It adds a creative touch to the journaling process and allows my kids to express themselves freely.The prompts are age-appropriate, and the journal strikes a perfect balance between structure and flexibility.     Wonderful Journal for Building Confidence
    This journal has been such a great tool for helping my child express their thoughts and build self-esteem. The prompts are fun, positive, and easy to follow—perfect for young kids.     My 7 year old has benefited from this journal!
    My 7 year old daughter was struggling understanding her emotions and feeling overwhelmed at school! This journal has been really helpful for her-she writes about her day at bedtime each night and loves the feature of being able to circle the emotions she felt during the day! Only complaint is that the prompts are kind of repetitive. But overall a big help for her to put thoughts to paper.

    Teenager Approved – Bonded Over It TOO
    I needed a book that was eye catching , interactive for my teen daughter who is struggling with self confidence. She doesn’t like books or to sit down and feel like she has to go something that is pointless. I got this book and showed her . WOW! She grabbed it looked through pages and she did the first page without me even forcing her.After the page was complete she even wanted to share with me and it lead to a 15 conversation just me and her. So far we like this book. If you order this book push the help button! I would love to see how far this book can go!

    Really Helps
    This is amazing! It is helping my child feel better about their emotions. It also has a mapper in the back flap of the book to help with feelings. This book asks questions about their day and you draw a picture after you are done with the questions. You do it for a couple days a week for ten weeks and it helps. This is well worth the money.
