Good option for green tea lovers
I’m a lifelong green tea supporter. I’ve taken other extract pills and this one is a good option. The package was sealed and these pills actually give me energy without making me jittery, which is what you want in any sort of extract pill. They don’t upset my stomach

My personal feeling is that green tea supplements DO have a moderate effect that speeds up metabolism. Been taking green tea extract for ten years or more. Over that time, also lost 140 lbs.

Decent product but a lot of pill!
These pills seem to be good quality, but the dose is 3 pills and they are decent size pills. So if you are like me and take multiple supplements, this is quite a bit of pill to add to your regimen.

Great zinc ionophore!
It’s difficult to rate a supplement because it can take months to see any discernible difference. This is a great zinc ionophore. These were a reasonable price and I’ve always trusted the brand. What’s not to like?!?
