It’s not 40 mg of melatonin it’s only 12 mg of melatonin.
Make sure that you read the actual ingredients and how many milligrams it has before purchase on the bottle it says 40 mg melatonin so I got it yesterday took one at 8:30 p.m. and was still awake at 6:00 a.m. I got up I looked at the ingredients and there is only 12 mg of melatonin I was taken 20 mg and that wasn’t working so I seen the 40 then didn’t think twice and ordered it but it only has 12 mg so if you’re looking for more don’t order this.
