Have used pretty much all the products in my inflatable hot tub and the chemicals work great. Also, the test strips work wonderfully and are a must. I’ve previously purchased test strips from someone else that gave me issues.

It’s a good brand, struggling with balancing the levels in our new Jacuzzi
I’m struggling with these, I just can’t get the levels right in the Jacuzzi. Then it ended up cloudy so we used the clarifier, but that just made it seem cloudier. We used the products in our old home, just struggling with the new Jacuzzi and finding the right balance. It’s a good brand, we just wasted a lot of product and money trying to figure out what combination works. Yes, we were following the instructions.
