Worth it – Best PMS gummies I’ve tried
These are my ride-or-die pms gummies. At one point I tried cheaper brands to compare and they tasted awful (which didn’t motivate me to take them every day lol). These Hum ones are YUMMY, with a mildly sour cranberry flavor. I’ve had insane periods in the past (bedridden for days, nauseous, vomiting) and after taking these gummies I’ve seen a significant improvement! No more nausea and extreme symptoms, so I’d consider these very effective. Absolutely worth trying if you struggle from painful periods!

These gummies help significantly w/ my irritability prior to my period. I have PMDD & I find that these gummies help take off some of that edge that I feel during those 7-10 days leading up to my period. They taste sooo good too !!!

I bought these because I have been feeling particularly sensitive and moody during my period. I wish I never bought them off Amazon because I can’t return them and they are a complete waste of money.After taking ONE dose I noticed my hunger increased dramatically and I was over eating that day. Also I noticed breakouts later that night. For claiming the supplement helps bloat and breakouts, I noticed the opposite on just the first day taking them. Be careful with things like vitex/chasteberry and do your research.Straight to the trash.

I typically get these at a local store and have never had an issue with them….they didn’t have any in stock so I ordered them on Amazon to get them quickly. These are not the same quality…like another reviewer said, this bottle has a mildewy dish sponge smell. I can’t even use them because that smell grosses me out and makes me question them! So disappointing!!!
