Wife says cramps were lessened by this
Wife loved these. She takes Chasteberry and decided to give this a shot. I think I got yelled at a little bit less, but more importantly she was able to sleep more easily and the cramping wasn’t as bad as it normally is. They’re not the best tasting but they’re worth it.

Not just for PMS! Works well for menopausal symptoms too!
I ordered these to hopefully fins some relief from monthly symptoms but after receiving them and reading the ingredients, a friend who is starting menopause wanted to give them a try. I like the blend of ingredients, though was not a fan of all the added sugar, hence giving them 4 stars. The taste and texture are good, but a bit sweet for me. They did seem to reduce monthly symptoms and my friend experienced relief from hot flashes and fewer drops in energy after taking these.

Vitamin gummies to support for women’s cycles
If these help me with symptoms of that time of the month, I will be forever grateful! I suffer from various issues related to “Aunt Flow”, and Hyland’s Grace Period Gummies contain natural ingredients that are supposed to help with these symptoms. I started taking them after my last cycle, so I will see how the next round goes.My initial impressions are that they taste great and are easy to consume. They have a tart cherry taste and the consistency of Fruit Snacks candy. I have them after lunch to satisfy my sweet tooth. I already feel more energetic, thanks to the B vitamins in them. To see the long-term effects, I will keep on taking them daily, and hopefully, my next cycle will be a smoother one.
