Great vitamin!
These vitamins were recommended by my doctors office after having some blood tests show some vitamin deficiencies. They offer everything I need in one pill! My other ones were two a day and fell short on some levels, so just taking one is nice. They don’t upset my stomach at all & they actually smell good to be a vitamin. Effectiveness:It supplies all vitamin levels I need without having to take a bunch of extra vitamins too.Ease of swallow:It’s a bigger type pill but I can swallow it with no issues. Stomach upset:No upset stomach at allVitamin content:It provides almost all vitamins I need & at the right dosages. With others I had to take a bunch more extra vitamins with them. Taste:It has a sweet smell & taste. Not that yucky vitamin flavor. Why did you pick this product vs others?:My doctors office recommended this due to it having everything at the levels I needed.

I don’t mind these, they look big but there super easy going down. My urine turns bright yellow with these. I read that it’s just the Vit B. Would definitely remand purchase again.

Love these. They help me keep my vitamin levels up after surgery. Been taking them since surgery and all my levels have been perfect even considering I don’t eat very much. They don’t have a strong smell but they smell like vitamins which isn’t bad. But I do appreciate that when you are taking them, they don’t taste like vitamins. They have a pleasant vanilla taste to them. Other vitamins were hard to take because of the taste and the after taste. These I don’t mind taking because they don’t have that bad after taste. They don’t upset my stomach, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The quality is very good. These are my new favorite vitamins.

An easy to take vitamin, but has 4 times the recommended dose of Vit B6 (even allowing for mal-absorption following bariatric surgery).Just One was recommended to me by the dietitian. It is an easy to take product that didn’t result in the usual nausea that I experienced – associated with B12. However, after 8 months of taking this product as the sole vitamin supplement, I became very unwell and was eventually diagnosed with vitamin B6 peripheral neuropathy. The source was traced to this product as i was not taking any other supplements.I recommend that you get your B6 levels checked before you start taking this brand, as alternatives with a lower daily dose of B6 may be more appropriate. The TGA of Australia provide this warning’WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6)’though there is no current requirement for manufacturers to display this warning on products that contain less than 50mg of B6.

These tablets are huge – not something you’d expect for bariatric patients who have difficulty swallowing larger food items. You’d think they would make them smaller, not bigger than regular size tablets.

These multivitamins are the biggest I have ever seen. Even when I cut them in the half they’re still difficult to swallow. They’re about the equivalent to swallowing 4-6 Panadol.
