recently did a keratin treatment and wanted a shampoo that would help maintain the results — the Kérastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste is perfect. It’s gentle, sulfate-free, and keeps my hair smooth and frizz-free without weighing it down. My hair feels soft, clean, and easy to manage after every wash. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to prolong your keratin treatment and keep that salon-smooth look at home.

I’ve been using this shampoo for years, along with the conditioner. They both work very well on my “unruly” hair. That being said, these products are quite expensive in my opinion. I may need to start looking for alternatives.

Ce shampoing est mon préféré. Il sent bon et laisse les cheveux brillants et doux. Le grand format avec sa pompe permet de ne pas gaspillé de shampoing. Je vous le conseille

Ya lo había usado porque me lo recomendó una estilista para mantener mi alisado, debido a su calidad y que no tiene sulfatos. Desde el primer uso notas la diferencia, el cabello queda suave, brillante y con menos frizz. Una pasada! No se preocupen por el precio, que aunque es caro, rinde muchísimo más que otros de marcas comerciales. El de 500ml a mi me dura como 3 meses y lo uso un día si, y uno no. Recomendadísimo!

Not at all what I expected. Don’t expect a miracle. I have used more effective shampoos for three or five euros. It did not make any change in my hair. You don’t need to give so much money. I have used a lot of shampoos, I am really writing the truth here, it only cleans the hair well, do not expect anything in the name of straightening.

Sehr gutes, pflegendes Produkt.Nutze Produkte von Kerastase schon einige Jahre, bis dato im Friseursalon gekauft.Bin mit der 500 ml Flasche ziemlich genau ein Jahr ausgekommen, bei Anwendung 2x pro Woche.Angenehmer leichter Duft.Zwar insgesamt teure Produkte, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
