It’s great tasting, and green like it should be!
It’s by far the best green tea I’ve even tried…and the color is green when you steep a bag. I like that there is no metal clip in the tea bag…you can microwave if required without removing bag.

It’s easy to be green
I have fond memories of drinking real green tea from a tea shop that no longer exists in New Haven. Real green tea comes from Japan. Everything else is yellowish and inferior. I had a box of 100 from Sams Club last year that was Japan loose tea for the unbelievable price of $5. Got a little spoiled by that so I was reluctant to spend more for this box. While that was good I think the addition of the Matcha powder makes for a deeper flavor. I would have wanted more loose tea leaves however. Be careful when taking the bag out of the package as the powder drifts.

I am Japanese. I have to have green tea.And it has to be green tea from Japan. I can’t stand it cheap quality of green tea.This green tea is approved by me.

Not Organic & Doesn’t Have True Sencha Taste
I usually buy this at Costco but they were out. I ordered because the picture and description said it was organic which was not true. I called Amazon customer service and they checked item pic and description and refunded my $. This is truly a bate and switch so be ware. From reviews it looks like some people actually get organic but more do not. It also does not have the full flavor of what I get in store and the best by date is only 2 months away. All in all a bad purchase!!

Best green tea for the price
I make pitchers of cold brewed green tea with these bags so my caffeine stays low but I still get all the antioxidants. The flavor, when correctly brewed (never use boiling water when making green tea or you’ll get a bitter flavor) or cold brewed this tea has a bright, refreshing and slightly toasty flavor. Highly recommend.
