So cute. Such good quality. The touch screen just makes me feel so nice and fancy and motivated to use the scale. The glass is so easy to clean and makes a wonderful cutting surface without the anxiety of plastic or wood boards.

Size matters
This scale is bigger than the cheap one I bought a few years ago. I liked my old one because it was my first but this scale beats the old one. It’s simple to use, clean and it’s a gorgeous colour, I got the aqua one. Easy to read and it powers off when not in use in case you forget to do it yourself.

Broken after 8 months
Just bought this scale Dec 10, 2024 and it is broken. It has always been well cared for, never dropped or overloaded. Always kept clean but it now has an “out2” error which apparently means the calibration is broken and cannot be manually fixed. Very disappointed!Upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3 only because I emailed KitchenAid directly and they offered to send a replacement scale immediately. I do appreciate the customer service provided.
