Sweet smelling, large candle
If you have ever stepped into a cold stone ice cream parlor and smelled or tasted their sweet cream ice cream, that is the smell of this candle. It is to me at least. And it is a delicious scent without being overpowering.My husband and I have a thing where our spokes-animal for our marriage is the macaroni penguin. Fun fact: they are monogamous for life. So when either of us see a penguin on something, we have to get it (within reason!). This candle is perfect for that. I love the quote on the front and the candle itself is a large size. Plus the smell is divine.

My Mom is Gonna Cry
I ordered the mother/daughter version of this candle, and it honestly feels like such a high-quality, meaningful gift. The frosted glass, wooden lid, and overall presentation make it look much more expensive than it is… perfect for gifting without feeling generic.A few reviews mentioned little to no scent, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Mine has a nice vanilla fragrance – not overpowering, but definitely noticeable and warm. It fills the space softly, which I actually prefer over heavy scents.The candle arrived in great shape, packed securely, and the design/message looks clean and polished. It feels like one of those gifts that strikes the perfect balance between sentimental and actually useful.I did notice one small spot where the wax didn’t fully adhere to the glass, but it’s minor, and I’m sure you won’t notice it at all after the first. The only other thing I wasn’t thrilled with was how much wax was actually in the glass. I know it can’t go to the top, but it is well under the sticker decoration so it makes it look like it just wasn’t filled up all the way.

OH MY! HOW TASTY THIS SMELLS! Natural Soy Wax + Hand Poured!
This candle smells so divine, that I decided to keep it for myself!I originally ordered this CREAMY COOKIE, “To my love” + penguinHand Poured Scented Natural Soy Wax Candle, in a frosted glass jar with wooden top, as a gift for this upcoming gift giving season. When I first unpackaged and smelled the wonderful fragrance, I knew immediately that it wasn’t making it under the tree.The verbiage is adorable and the tiny penguin is as well! Very nice gift!I love burning scented and highly fragrant candles in my home, especially naturally scented ones. I admire that this has been hand poured as well.This candle smells like the holidays and is very attractively fragrance. I think the wick is a good one that burns cleaner.I really like the packaging, solid black box with product information in white print. The inside of the box, is a very cushioned foam cut-out which added the layers of protection the glass needed to arrive in one piece, thankfully. The Real wooden lid fits very securely onto the opening of the jar.

Big candle money spent, little to no fragrance or scent
Took forever to arrive and was delayed for quite a while. Upon arrival it was significantly bigger than I expected it to be and much bigger than all my other candles but had the weakest smell and also seems to burn pretty quickly. You can VERY vaguely get a slight hint of chocolate and even then I feel it’s only because you’re looking for it or aware of the candle otherwise it really doesn’t smell strong at all. As far as the price I suppose it’s worth it in size but not if you’re looking to spread an aroma throughout your environment. The caption is hilarious so it does make for a neat and unique gag gift but if you’re into strong scents this one might not cut it

Pleasant mild natural chocolate scent.
This chocolate scented candle is surprisingly delightful. I wasn’t sure if I should order it because chocolate candles generally smell gross but this scent is mild and pleasant. I appreciate that this is a natural soy wax for cleaner burning and it doesn’t smellike wax or loaded with chemicals.The box is a nice quality and it is insulated well so there is little chance of damage in transit. The candle itself is sleek and modern with a funny picture and greeting on the label. It was extra funny because I literally ordered it because our senior dog is, let’s just say having daily accidents, so this candle is not only a functional gift but one that brings humor to a sad situation.My only caution is to definitely cut the wick down before burning for safety.

Cute gift from the dog!
The candle arrived well packaged and unbroken. The glass is heavy and has a frosted texture. The lid fits tightly. The print is neat and clean and exactly as pictured in the listing photos.The scent is a lovely, mild chocolate flavor that is not overpowering. The wax is filled to a good level and leaves just enough room for the lid to be inserted.The reason for the four stars is that there is a separation in the wax about 1/4 inch from the top. It looks like there is a separate layer poured on to the remaining wax in the candle and it has a slightly different color. I tried to press the layer back down to close the gap, but it springs back up on its own. I am sure it will be fine once the candle is lit.As this is a gift from the dog to dad, he can complain to her if that imperfection bothers him. Overall I think this is a cute gift idea for a good price.
