Lots to love
This was an excellent addition to my workout. I’ve had both knees and 1 hip replaced, so I’ve been through a ton of physical therapy. I’m able to continue with many of the same moves at home, with the step and balance parts. It’s easy to switch between the step and balance ball. It’s also very secure and stable. It’s portable and light enough to move from room to room. It comes with a detailed work out chart that goes from suggested beginner moves to more advanced. It’s very well made and I will continue to use this for a long time.

4 in 1 versatility
I’m digging the Aeroflex. There’s so much going on here, you’d never think this little thing could do so much😁From what I understand, as you get older the Achilles’ tendon is the first place you lose elasticity. If you look at a lot of older people they don’t walk heel-toe anymore. It’s more of a full slap of the foot. I was definitely noticing a tightness there when I started running again. The other thing I noticed, was that around mile 2 my shins started screaming at me!This is my favorite motion on here. I put my heels as far back as possible and the rocking motion does a great job of stretching my Achilles and strengthening my shins. Because I have my heels at the back, I really have to push my toes to get the tilt!In addition, I’ve recently discovered the ‘knees-over-toes’ guy on YouTube. He recommends standing on a slanted board while doing squats for bulletproof knees. This can be set up as a slant board too-just like the ones he recommends.I love all the different options, this does the job of several kinds of balance boards without all the clutter. I was even considering getting a desk treadmill, but they are huge! Now I’m planning to set the Aeroflex as a stepper at my desk (long ways) and just step up and down while I work. One thing I forgot to mention. My husband is a crazy mountain biker but recently tore his calf muscle. It’s healing but there is some scar tissue that’s limiting his range of motion. Guess what we’ll be using to get his range of motion back?

A step that’s priced fairly
This stepper does the job but, is a bit unsteady on a hard flat surface, had some sliding of the platform and some occasional wobble taking place.

Step platform after surgery
I purchased this to do PT at home post foot surgery. It’s very sturdy, not too heavy, easy to assemble and has instructions for a wide range of exercises. Perfect for focusing on the lower extremities, or whole body and balance. It is a great product for the price.

My Aerobic Step Platform is great so far.
I read many reviews, and most were pleased with their purchase except for when they went to move it, stating the legs fell off, after lifting it.I thought I would take a chance, because the other features of this equipment was equally important to me. After I put my stepper together, testing it to see if I lifted it the legs would come off, and they did not. I used it as a stepper, picked it I’m up and again the legs stayed on. I then took the legs off, and used the balancing ball. Another feature that I really like.. I then put the part of the legs on the board that allowed me to use it as an incline stretch board..really like that feature as well.. the last thing I did before reassembling the board was put the 2 half moon pieces on turning it into another type of balancing board. This was easier for me to use than the balancing ball. I also used it to stretch the backs of my legs.. I totally love this stepper and all that it has to offer, as my balance is bad, and with this equipment I hope to vastly improve my balance.. will be a work in progress 😊. Absolutely give this 5 stars..

Very convenient and feels very sturdy.
I love this. I usually drag it out after my evening meal and step. Trying to get activity to lower my blood sugar.

Versatile!
I’ve only had it for 24 hours, so I haven’t been able to use it much yet. I do like the fact that it can be used as a balance board for core strengthening, and as a stretch board for the calves and shins. Very versatile board. Although I would prefer it a little wider and broader for it’s stepping uses, overall, due to it’s many varied uses, it’s the perfect size. My husband used it today and did some pushups. He could really feel the use of other muscles as he tried to balance his body with his arms during the pushups. I am a little concerned at how loose the legs become after removing them to use the board as a balancer. I’m hoping they don’t loosen where they won’t stay, but we’ll see and put it to the test. The only other thing that I would have liked is having the step feature with another set of steps to insert to make it a little higher, start low at 4 inch, build up to 6 inch and maybe even 8 inch. I believe we’ll get great use out of this step though.

Stable with options
Platform is a good size to use for step aerobics and simple marching up and down. I use the angle to help recover from Achilles tendonopathy. I have enough room to do angled squats on it. It transforms to the different options easily and is strong enough to support my 250 lb without any concerns.
