It’s a liquid, no big pills to swallow

Okay product
I just take a teaspoon per day for supplementing my diet of foods, so this bottle lasts me a lot longer than advertised. It just gives me the extra vitamins that are not in the foods we eat anymore. The flavor doesn’t taste like tropical it tastes more orange flavored, but mix it with juice and there is no after taste at all.
