Expensive, but works well
I echo most of what the other reviews have stated: it’s very pricey for what it is, but it also works extremely well. It takes a little while to adjust to your liking, especially if you’ve never worn a sleep mask before. But once you do, it stays on all night and it does offer true blackout. (Although you’ll get a little bit of light bleed if not adjusted over the eyes properly). The first night I tried it, I felt a little bit of pressure and saw some light bleed. But the second night, made a minor adjustment and it fixed everything. The eye cups are comfortable and don’t put any pressure on your face, which is good because you do need to tighten the Velcro strap a bit in order to get no light bleed.Like other reviews have mentioned, the main issue is the price. Not just it being expensive in of itself, but this model specifically preying on side sleepers. As far as I can tell, the only real difference between this model and the standard (cheaper) model is the eye cups taper off at the ends for side sleeping. As a side sleeper myself, it seems unfair to have to pay extra for what is effectively the same thing as the standard model (and yes, I tried, the standard model doesn’t work well with side sleeping).This model also says it supports “accessories,” like being able to replace the standard eye cups with ones that have a cooling gel on them. Not something I’ve tried or will probably bother with, as I don’t feel too hot wearing this.I am giving the product five stars because it ultimately does exactly what it says it does, but the high price might be concerning for some.

New version is a big improvement
I had one of the original Pro Masks, and had been using it every night for the last few years. After a while, the Velcro didn’t really stick anymore unless you found that one sweet spot. The eyecups got a little sweaty, and at the time, you couldn’t buy replacement eye cups. The foam had gotten flattened down. Like anything you wear everyday, it was showing its age.I’m happy to say the newest model has fixed the issue with the Velcro. The headstrap is wider and the mask absolutely does what it says it does. It’s a true blackout, it’s light and very customizable. I think I have average eyelashes and they’ve never been a problem. I splurged on the new one during October Prime days, and it’s a great mask. I almost took one star off because it *is* pricey, and of course I would always like the things I like to be affordable – but it works, it does what it says and it’s well made.
The Eleven –
The Most Comfortable and Effective Sleep Mask I’ve Ever Used
This sleep mask exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s extremely comfortable and lightweight, and the eye pads are perfectly designed—they block 100% of light without putting any pressure on my eyes. Even the nose bridge is accounted for, so there are no gaps or light leaks at all.The mask is fully adjustable, so getting the perfect fit is easy no matter your head shape. Best of all, it actually stays in place all night while I’m sleeping. I’ve tried several masks before, and this is by far the best. I’ll definitely be taking it on all my long haul plane trips as well.If you want total darkness and real comfort, this is the one. 5 stars.

A very effective sleep mask.
I’ve used this mask a few times so far and my initial thoughts are mostly positive. The eye cups and head strap are very comfortable compared to other similar-styled masks, and the strap going above the ears instead of on or below them is exactly what I was looking for. The breathability is second to none. I sleep with a low-power fan on and this mask allows my eyes to feel the breeze from said fan which is impressive. The materials used are also very effective at blocking light, unlike most cheaper masks that, even with a perfect seal, allow light through the front of the mask in intensely lit areas.That all being said, I do have some not-quite-positive feedback. The eye cups’ adjustability, despite being “infinitely adjustable” is very difficult to dail in. It is very difficult to make fine adjustments because the cups adhere to the mask using a very small amount of velcro. This means there’s no real way to adjust the cups’ positions without completely removing the cups and placing them back on the mask which I found was very difficult to do while maintaining the same relative position and rotation of where the cup was last adhered. It is also difficult to get an equal-distant spacing from the middle of the mask on each cup. It takes a lot of time and tedium to get the adjustment just right. Thankfully once you find the perfect fit, you don’t have to deal with the adjustments again.There is also the issue with the cups not making a complete seal. In my experience, it doesn’t provide 100% blackout while lying on the side of my head. There is always a sliver of light finding its way in around the bridge of my nose and no amount of adjusting the cups or fiddling with mask tightness seems to fix that issue. It is possible to get a complete blackout while lying on your side, but a slight movement breaks the seal again. This is however only a minor inconvenience as this mask, with the combination of simply closing your eyes, provides a complete blackout in even intensely lit areas.Changes/improvements I’d like to see made to this product include:-offering aftermarket eye cups that are perhaps a bit bigger or have thicker cushions to help people whose eyes are sunk in a bit more than most (such as myself) get a better seal.-the addition of high contrast line guides (printed or stitched) on the portion of the mask the eye cups are meant to adhere to. This would offer a frame of reference for previous positions while also offering an easier way to achieve consistent spacing on both the X and Y axes between each cup and the middle of the mask.Overall this mask is not perfect, but it is still the best sleep mask I’ve tried. I’m very particular about what I look for in a sleep mask and this is the mask that has come the closest to ticking all the boxes by far. I would say this is worth the purchase if you’re also someone who struggles to sleep in anything other than pitched black. If you’re someone who can handle a little bit of light while sleeping, there are cheaper, similar options out there that would likely do the job for you just fine. If I could give this product a 4.5 star rating, I would.Some side notes, the inclusion of earplugs as an accessory feels unnecessary but the cleaning bag is a very cool inclusion. The mask being machine washable without ruining your adjustments thanks to the bag is very handy.I will update this review in a few months after I’ve put some wear into the mask for better or worse.

Can sleep on side or back comfortably!
Gah! I’ve had so many masks, it was just like I could never get one that was right for me. Besides sleeping on my side at times, my eyes do not stay closed once I’m asleep. That has led to dry eye which is extremely painful and affected my vision. I finally tried this one and it stays on, is comfortable on my back or side, doesn’t leave marks on my face that last most of the day and the eye cups accommodate my open eyes and protect them from drying out. (I also use eye ointment at night and the eye dr put in little plugs to help keep tears from draining.) Anyway, everything is better now and the eye mask is a huge part of that.

This is the absolute best sleep mask out there for side sleepers. 100% blocks the light. Very comfortable. It’s adjustable so fits your face perfectly. Found I can’t sleep without it now.

I have been using Manta sleep mask for a few years now but this is my first pro. It’s great! I sleep with a c-pap and generally on my side. This mask provides comfort and darkness. I do think it’s a little expensive, but I love it.

Die beste Schlafmaske die ich je ausprobiert habe. Endlich eine Schlafmaske die auch wirklich in der richtigen Einstellung auf das eigene Gesicht komplett verdunkelt. Sehr individuell einstellbar und an mitnehmen zu tragen. Auch im Hochsommer keinerlei Schwitzen oder Druckstellen. Klare Weiterempfehlung für diejenigen die schon vieles ausprobiert haben und jetzt endlich mal ein bisschen Geld in die Hand nehmen wollen um was Vernünftiges zu haben. I recently had LASIK and struggled to sleep with the protective glasses they provided, especially since I’m a side sleeper. This solved the problem completely; I can finally sleep comfortably again! Really happy with it!
