Best money I’ve spent in a long while!
This product is fantastic and exceeded what I expected! I was replacing a cardboard paper holder. I always struggled with the cardboard sagging and being able to fit my fingers in to get the paper out. I ordered two of these metal units to replace the cardboard option you see in the first picture. The metal units were extremely easy to put together, and I love that the middle shelves slide out for ease of retrieving and organizing my colored copy paper. It is super sturdy and looks professional! I am beyond happy and highly recommend this product!

These file organizers are really handy. Easy to put together with the included screws and screwdriver. They hold a lot more than I expected. They replaces the old style plastic ones that only had 4 shelves. As you can see, I have plenty of room for more papers and things.I like the metal mesh design. Dust won’t accumulate.There’s little rubber feet to keep them from scratching the desk.I wish the middle shelves (top and bottom are screwed in) were able to be “locked” in somehow. When I’m grabbing papers fast, the shelves come too.

Great once assembled
This paper sorter/container works like it should and looks good. It seems sturdy and the base is level, so it doesn’t move once in place. However, it’s difficult to assemble with the screws and screwdriver that comes with it. The tiny screwdriver actually stripped the heads of 2 of the flimsy screws included. There were extras, which makes me think the manufacturer knows some of the hardware are duds. Rather than send too many defective fasteners and a tiny, useless screwdriver, they should send quality screws and let the purchaser use their own screwdriver.

Blue Paper Organizer
I bought the light blue 9 tier organizer. You get 8 slots with the 9th tier being the very top of the organizer. It comes with a double sided tool with a screw driver one one end and a flat head on the other. You just put the end you don’t need into the yellow handle. The instructions are basic, but you figure out the details on your own. The bottom, middle, and top are the three pieces that are screwed to the frame to hold the shape and keep it sturdy. If you shake it hard, it will move . So far I’ve put a heavy textbook on the top and it didn’t bend. The other shelves are slipped in. They can easily be pulled out. If you need them to stay in place, consider finding something to attach to the shelf to the frame. A twist tie or wire would work fine.The light blue color matches the vendor’s images. Some of the shelves had small areas where the color didn’t cover. If this will be in a damp room, make sure those areas are painted or covered. You can’t see the imperfections because they are covered by the slot holders.I bought this during a special buy. Other than having to put it together myself, I think it’s worth the price. Especially since it have more slots than the average paper organizer. And it’s made of metal instead of weak plastic or cardboard.I plan to use this to hold work, kids school, and art papers. It has plenty of depth and width to fit standard paper in with room to spare. With all of the shelves, each opening is about 2″ but you can remove shelves if you need more space above. I like that it versatile when it comes to pulling out some of the shelves. Just remember the very middle shelf is stationary. It’s what helps keep the organizer sturdy. So far, it’s sturdier than one of my acrylic drawers that I use to hold papers. If it holds up, I’ll be buying more.
