Better than pills, tastes good.
Tastes good! While I have no clinical tests to substantiate my observations, it seems like my hair is growing more. Still noticing a lot of hair in my brush, shedding on my sweaters, but improvement nonetheless. Nails are stronger. Overall, this vitamin supplement is improving my health: My sleep has become more extensive (less tired during the day, wake up 5mins before alarm (like when I was younger)), and my skin is clearer. I’ve taken 2T every day for 2 months on an empty stomach with no upset. This product is far superior and more pleasant than the pill multivitamin I took for years. I’ve put this on sub&save and I recommend.

Good for hair loss and damaged nails
I’ve finished my first bottle that I bought at Target and I just ordered this as my second bottle from Amazon. It took 3 weeks to finish one bottle as consuming as suggested (2 tablespoons in the morning). After 3 weeks (1 bottle), I can definitely feel the difference on my hair, skin, and nails although others wouldn’t be able to recognize much difference yet. My hair is thicker, heavier, and shinier. And same for my nails. My skin feels less dry. I’be been having a very serious hair loss for about 15 years now, and nothing really worked. But this vitamin is easy to drink, tasty, and I happen to not skip it for a day. It’s a bit too sweet like a cough syrup, and you’ll get some pimples in the first week due to high biotin. But the pimples will go away from week 2, and you’ll be able to see subtle but definite differences by week 3. I highly recommend this vitamin to people with hair loss and damaged nails. After you shower and dry your hair, you will see the new hairs growing on top of your scalp.

Maximum biotin and great multivitamin
This is a great multivitamin but also really good for hair and nails. Highest biotin I’ve seen in any product. Yes it’s super expensive, but for someone who is on GLP1s, this is perfect for the time being. Taste is palatable too. Not sure if I notice a huge difference in my hair but I can say my nails have never grown faster and been this strong in my entire life.

I started using MaryRuth Hair Growth when a former hair stylist came to see my hair stylist while I was in the chair talking about how much hair growth she had since her last appointment.
