Better than expected!
This was actually much better than I expected! I’ve tried a bunch of brands and honestly only found one I really like and have been pretty loyal to that brand since (Meluna). But trying this one out I actually noticed some things are better with this version than the brand I normally use, which was unexpected!The biggest negative here is really the removal tab, I find it really hard to grip these tab versions and prefer the loop on the end which I think is much easier to use and less irritating. The tab also tends to poke me a bit on most brands like this which is not my favorite. This one did poke me a little and it also seemed to slip down during longer wear, so longer you wear it, the more irritating the tab is since it does seem to move downward a bit as time goes by. The only other negative here is a really don’t like the storage bag which is just a reusable tea bag and won’t last as long as the bags included with most of these.But on the plus side, I did not see any leaking with this brand, which even the brand I normally use I typically wear a pad at night just in case. This one that was not necessary and I really didn’t notice any leaking the entire time which was impressive! I also noticed this one is much easier to clean than other brands, whatever texture/coating is used inside does not seem as porous as other versions and means everything just slips right out and washes away easily without a lot of effort.

Good quality, comfortable fit
I didn’t have any problems with this menstrual cup. It was easy to insert and remove, and comfortable to wear. I can see that it might be too narrow for some people because not all bodies are the same. But this was a good fit and had no leaks for me.The only real issue I have is the storage bag. It’s a little frustrating to have to clean little strings and what seems to be small bits of fabric off the cup when I pull it out. I ended up discarding the bag and using one I had gotten with a different cup a while back.At the currently listed price of $24.99, it’s on the higher end of average for this type of product. It’s not entirely outrageous, but for that price I’d at least expect a more practical bag.

Storage bag leaves lint and threads all over cup, impossible to keep clean
I’ve been using menstrual cups for about 10 years, so I am not new to this type of product although I had not tried this specific one before. I was curious to try this brand. Unfortunately, the storage bag that comes with the cup makes it impossible to keep the cup clean. It leaves lint and threads all over the cup, so it has to be thoroughly washed again after coming out of the bag to make it sanitary to use. On the inside of the bag, there are a ton of unraveling threads – and this is after the bag has been used twice. It definitely does not look like it’s going to hold together for long.The cup itself is soft silicone that’s easy to fold and bend. The wall of the cup is thinner than others I’ve used, which made it a little more difficult to get it to unfold properly, but it might get easier with more practice. Ultimately, the shape of this cup didn’t work for me. It’s too long to be comfortable for me even with the bottom pull tab cut off, and it doesn’t hold as much as my other menstrual cups. Different shapes work for different people, so this design may work for some, although it’s hard to recommend it with the storage bag issue.For people that are new to menstrual cups or who want directions for this specific cup, basic directions for using the product were included. A tutorial was supposed to be available by scanning a QR code, but I got a 404 error message when I tried to visit the linked site.

I love the narrow shape of this cup, I find it very comfortable to use!
Pros:- I like the tint of the cup, I’ve had clear ones that have stained after a fairly long time but the staining isn’t pretty. I appreciate that the tint may camouflage that- This cup is narrower than the other cups I have used in the past. This can make using them more comfortable for someone who has issues with the more “standard” sized cups being a little uncomfortable or feel “too big”- The capacity is the same as my other cups, despite being narrower. It is a bit longer from top to bottom but that has not been an issue that I’ve noticed at all.Cons:- The first time I used it I did have an issue with finding the best way to keep it in place. I did have some leakage the first time around. Now that I have used it a bit longer I haven’t had that issue.- The little bag it comes with isn’t very practical for storage, as the bag does leave little fibers/strings that get stuck to the cup, so even if it’s clean when I store it, I have to clean it again to remove those little threads from the cup itself. That’s a bit of an inconvenience.Really glad I was able to try this longer slimmer cup shape, I find it more comfortable than my previous cups and I’m grateful for that!
