After about 3 minutes, the steamer turned itself off. Cannot tell if the steamer actually helped sterilize it or not.
Check if the product is very hot after 3 minutes, This product is sterilized by high-temperature steam and can reach boiling point in 3 minutes, which is truly effective in disinfection.
When I plug the device into a power socket and switch it on, the sterilization process starts automatically.
This product is mechanically designed and will automatically start after being plugged in.
The button on the machine doesn’t allow me to stop or control the process manually.
This product is designed based on mechanical principles. It will start automatically after being plugged in. For the purpose of protecting customer safety, it is not allowed to stop midway.
Once the cycle end, the indicator light turn off, and the button pops back out, I’m then able to press the button again.
It will stop automatically after reaching the boiling point (about three minutes), and the button will automatically pop back. Then you can press the button for the next operation after the product cools down.
Came back 10mins later. The water on the inside was cold so I’m not confident anything was actually sterilised.
It only takes three minutes to disinfect this product. It will cool down after ten minutes, but it has been successfully disinfected, so please rest assured.
Plug into a power socket & switch it on, process starts automatically.

Functional and convenient!
I only needed the large size cup and the steamer, but both work really well! No leaks, and the steam sterilizer does and awesome job without taking up a lot of space. I like being able to subtly set it and forget it instead of having my family ask what I’m cooking when I’m boiling my menstrual cups on the stovetop 😬

Very worth the money!! For my first menstrual cup, I’m very impressed. Was kinda afraid to try it at first. After looking up quite a bit of info it was actually pretty simple. But it just feels like wearing a tampon 10/10

This is pretty cool and easy to use. I was glad it came with 2 new cups because a lady can never have enough. Ha! Anyways, operation was simple and the directions were straightforward. It does get pretty hot and it’s fast. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I only received the steamer, I didn’t receive the cups that were supposed to be included.

Convenient, but takes longer than expected.
This is much more convenient than handwashing. It’s very easy to use. The only annoyances are that it’s a little hard to read how much water you need. Once you figure out how much water goes into the device, it’s much easier to remember for the next uses. The second annoyance is that it takes more like 20 minutes, as per the instructions to get it good and clean.

The steamer did great on my test run. There is no visible measuring line on the lid of mine at all, but the cups have measuring lines if you look closely, so I used the smaller cup to measure out just under 10ml, and the steamer worked perfectly with that amount.It takes a few minutes to steam and then I just let it sit for 20 minutes afterwards. It seems that the steamers aren’t working as intended for some people and that’s the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. Although mine is working as advertised, the fact that they are malfunctioning for other people makes me wonder how long mine will last.I have never used a cup before, so I have nothing to compare them to, but they seem good. The material is strong and malleable. I think this is worth it for the cups alone, at this price point – even if the steamer stops working. It’s a good starter kit. If I don’t end up liking the cups then at least it won’t be a financial blow.Edited to add: Some people are complaining that the lid just sits on top without any mechanism to attach it properly. I am wondering if this could be an intentional design feature for safety reasons. If, for some reason, the little hole at the top that allows the steam to escape is covered, perhaps the lid is designed to be able to pop off easily if too much pressure builds up. Just a thought. I am no expert so I might be wrong, of course.

This is a great value product- menstrual cups cost this much for just one, let alone two sizes and a steriliser!The steriliser is literally a plug and go with automatic switch off when the water runs out. The water line itself is not visible at all but there is a tiny indicator line in the water well about 5mm up from the bottom. Instructions are 5-10ml and steam for 20’minutes.The platform for the cup is an odd shape but you can just balance the cup on top to steam. The space is about 6cm in diameter if you want to sterilise something wider like a pessary.The cups come with instructions but the use is like any other cup. The handle part is a simple bulb to assist with grip when removing. They are great for overnight menstruation- no leaking fears and no toxic shock fears.

Steams up perfectly. Much easier than boiling a pot of water which you need to stand next to. It is honestly a life safer, because who wants to stand for 5 min watching a pot when you just got your period. Only downside is that it takes a while since you also need to let it cool off for a bit
