Love this timer!
Use it all the time. Haven’t used the wellness timed sections yet but I use the other fixed times for helping me start projects (sometimes I’m overwhelmed and having the timer reminds me that I can just do a few mins at a time). I like the design too. I like it so much that I bring it on business trips. Helpful to support me when I need to push a bit and do more work even when I’m tired.

Use time more efficiently
I really like it, super helpful for me to focus at work and remember to take breaks, otherwise I never take them. My only criticism is that a few of the tasks are repetitive (breathe and meditate) and (stretch and move). I would rather it have “hobby” or “other” as one of the trackable items for the streaks.

This seemed nicely made, attractive. But it was too large for me, and the number of specific settings and pre-labelled activities didn’t fit my life, and the operating instructions were the opposite of stream-lined and stress-reducing.

Great product!
I work from home, so it’s very easy to get lost in sitting at my desk all day. This tracker is a great way to remind you to take breaks to take care of yourself. A short walk, a stretch, or reading a book- they’re all great ways to take a few minutes to yourself to re charge. I always feel more energized and focused after taking a few minutes to do something for myself. It sits right on my desk and I am always thankful for the reminders! Plus, it’s cute and I like the way it looks. Highly recommend!
